I was able to order what I wanted

It's been quick, easy, and affordable. But I ordered two smoke detectors and rather than them coming in a box protected by packing to prevent them from being damaged, they were loose in a US Postal Service "bag". Although they were in perfect condition, there is a potential for serious damage.

It was quick and easy...as long as the product arrives quickly I will be happy.
The product did arrive several days sooner than I expected. It was extremely easy to install, taking less than 10 minutes to remove the old item and replace it with the new one.

I thought everything went very well. I was even notified ahead of time (after placing my order) that the product would be shipping to me a little later than expected. That was nice to know. Still, that didn't affect anything on my end. The smoke detector installation went well, and the items I ordered work as advertised. Failed to include the adapter piece on the order. A similar prior order did.
