Quick and easy and although what I bought did not explicitly state that it would replace, without a need for wiring, the smoke detectors that we have, your chat specialists assured me that this unit was what we needed.

But for the longer than anticipated delivery time, the purchase process was easy and products arrived as described. Delivery time was in keeping with the company's stated standard, it's just that Amazon has created quick delivery expectations...

Got what I needed, quickly!
It was quick. When we received the sixth alarm it contained a gray plug in which was advertised and made it easy. The first 5 we received had wires with red plastic ends. My husband rewired using these wires. When the sixth one arrived, we saw that had we received the gray plugs none of the wiring my husband did was necessary. It wasn't until the sixth was received that we realized the plugs not the wires should have been sent with the first 5.
Completely satisfied with the fire alarms we received easy installation
All went easy and well.
