Simple process. Customer service was great with resolving an issue with old login from 2016! I was not able to remember the password and did not have access to old emails address. They update emails address and sent me a temporary password within 2 hours.
Wish you had free shipping, did not receive a discount on 15 smoke detectors
I Liked having the ability to chat online with someone. That feature helped me to clarify the many options. I also like the product as they are look alike, yet four are smoke alarms and two are combination smoke/carbon monoxide units. The delivery was speedy!

VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF
I was looking for recently discontinued Lutron dimming switches & found them here. I called to verify they were exactly what I was looking for & was given excellent service including call back with confirmation. The items arrived when they said they would in their original, never been opened boxes. I was so glad I found these needed devices & that the purchase was so easy & professional. Worked great did have to switch the wall mounts, but was able to get it to fit the same space where there is no paint.
