This company is a scam. This is the 2nd time they took my money and failed to provide gift card. It keep saying gift cards are delivered but there is no way to enter password to access gift card. Most companies send e-gift card in email but they don't. Stay away from them. They are scammers.
Excellent customer service by the online chat person. Great deals. I made a mistake on the website and they fixed it and were very pleasant about it.

Way, way too many people get zero dollar balance cards. They are messing with illegitimate cards. Stay away.

Been dealing with EJ Gift Cards for almost a year in which I bought many gift cards. I have had very few cards that after I bought has 0 balance on them. However, even months after their guarantee period, I received full refund in either another gift card or fund of purchase price. Will continue to get my gift cards from.

! st time buying from them. Seller only want bitcoin and zelle payment. The gift card was already redeemed to another account. Lesson learn will never purchased from this seller or any seller that only want bitcoin and/or zelle payment.
They gave me a gift card from grubhub that was already used. Now i have to wait who knows how long for a refund. Terrible experience.

The only accept zelle crypto.
The gift cards were offered at best rate compared to other sites.
Once I realized that I needed to choose Zelle for my payment, all went smoothly and I had my gift cards paid for and in my email 10 minutes later.

There is always a problem with some cards in my orders not being fully funded. Their customer service is always contacted to remedy and they don't always get the facts right away. It's too bad their prices are usually the best.

So I bought a gift card and it wouldn't work. I contacted support and they figured out what the problem was and sent me a replacement. I don't like using Zelle to pay for the gift cards, and I don't know the first thing about Bitcoin, but so far I've bought a few cards from EJGift Cards and this is the first time I've had a problem and they fixed it. So over all I'm pretty happy.

I recently ordered two giftcards from this company, and only one of them worked. When I reported the problem, I was asked to fill out a claim form. The issue was resolved within 24 hours, and I received a new card that worked perfectly.

I have bought many gift cards from them but I would say more than half the time, the gift cards I received shows as used. From experience, customer service is helpful as they will keep reissuing one until a gift card works. When I say reissuing I mean, often times even the replacement ones doesn't work. If you have the time to go back and forth with their customer service, then that's fine. I will continue buying from them but because of the hit or miss, I don't dare buying gift cards with high $ value. Since payment is through Zelle, if the gift card doesn't work, and they somehow put the blame on me (this has NOT occured), it's not like a credit card where you can just call the cc company and cancel that transaction.
In short: it works, but most often than not, you will probably have to work with customer service many times to finally get the value you paid for.
