Bought 5 $25 office depot gift cards for almost 25% off face value to use on something I was planning to purchase the same day online. Not difficult paying with Zelle. Had cards within 20 minutes of submitting payment. Used immediately after receiving and all cards had the correct balances. I only buy gift cards from discounters like this site when I plan to use up the entire gift card amount immediately.

The gift card deals are amazing and the customer support is outstanding. I have bought hundreds and hundreds of deeply discounted gift cards and have RARELY had an issue. If one comes up, it is handled very quickly and thoroughly. Gift card distribution retrieval is done very securely.

Provided zelle errorenous information resulting in holdup and confusion, never answered personal calls, ignored and never responded to email queries... bottomline you never really knew what they were doing... spent about 5 hrs including with paying bank, emails, and chats to get resolution and not once did they respond to direct queries other than thru chatline.

Some purchases go well some do not once I waited 6 days for gift card, FAQs are conflicting states PayPal but the online site receipt says Zellie
Beware of only 30 days guarantee, unlike others that have a min of 60 days guarantee if I buy I immediately use or put it in my accounts. Also, pay attention to promo codes its not total but after the first % so never what they advertise ( a bit switch and bait in my opinion)
Bought card and went to store with expecta tion to have a pleasant shopping experience, but was told.
I use EJ's for our weekly pizza and movie night Dominos gift cards and love them! Their customer service is wonderful and their discounts can't be beat!

This company should be shut down, they literally steal from you. I made the mistake of doing business with them but then had to file multiple claims several different times to perhaps get my money back. They will give you gift cards, they all look good but by the end of the week your balance on several of them will be $0. Even if you buy from them the same day then check your balance, take the card to the store, it will be $0 before you get there. They stole $200 from me and will not refund me. And wasted at least 30 hours dealing with this nonsense, filing a claim on so many cards I bought from them. 30 day guarantee is a joke. They say you save 40% on a lot of cards, believe me you will be paying an extra 50% on average. Do not do business with these thieves!
So paying without use of a credit card can be a little scary as you have no guarantees you will get anything. But they were awesome in getting the gift cards quickly and if I ever had a problem they help right away.
However things stop there, I once had an issue with a Kohls gift card and told them about it and they refused to help... Even though I was within their 30 days, they said something about it being over 5 days. No one spends their gift cards that fast! 30 days is already short enough. Worst part is it was only $15, what if it was like a big gift card like a $200 one?
I would only recommend using them for immediate use cards only...

When Purchasing the gift card the only option I could use was Zelle which asked to mention to enter the order id in the notes section, in the Bank of America I couldn't find the notes section to enter the same hence tried the chat then the email option of this website, no response on either, but eventually found the notes section and everything worked out well in the end. Would recommend any other payment method be included as well like PayPal etc.

I ordered a Hulu gift card. The card came quickly and worked. The discount was great. The payment method is kind of weird. I'd never paid using bitcoin before!

I paid via Zelle but accidentally submitted without the order number in the memo. Then because they "didn't receive payment" my order was cancelled.
I contacted customer service and they were able to connect my payment to my order, however, the response was very rude from the customer service team. The email response was very accusatory and stated not only Had I forgotten the order but checked out via Coin payment instead of Zelle. Well I have a confirmation page of the amount and a Zelle address so if I had checked out via coin it would have shown the lower amount and not a Zelle address? Which mind you was a new Zelle address than the order I submitted 2 months prior.
It just didn't sit well being accused of something rather than customer service to just say no problem we will fix the mistake for you.
They still have some of the most competitive rates around so I will probably still use them but customer services tone needs improvement.
