Massive over charging. Will waste hrs of your life with them. Terrible customer service. Every automatic system they have is designed to over charge.
Eir are the worst of all mobile phone companies. Do not be duped by them. They have little of no signal or coverage outside of Dublin and their 5g product does not exist.
I have been told by a representative that they will sell you a phone contract knowing that you have no signal in your area. We have valid proof that Eir knew of coverage issues in this area before selling us several contracts.
Stick with whoever you are with, however bad. DO NOT CONSIDER TAKING OUR PHONE CONTRACTS WITH EIR.
Eir complaints make you will wait over an hour to speak to some child at a home desk who has no interest, interest not ability to fix your specific issue. They will give you a service ticket - THAT WILL NEVER BE ANSWERED. Currently we have EIGHT TICKETS lodged for the same issue without a single callback, email or acknowledgement.
In 20 years of doing business our worst experience ever is with EIR.
