The vinyl plank flooring is a great product. Installed in two bathrooms in our house. Hope this product is as good. I did request more information but have not received an answer.

Easy online ordering but delivery did not arrive on scheduled day. Called at the end of the day, after waiting, and said they couldn't make it. Make sure you read all the fine print. They would not allow me to return $150 of unneeded trim pieces and one of the boxes was damaged on delivery. Although it was noted on the bill of laden, I didn't reject the order nor submit a claim within the required 3 days so no recourse possible. After all said and done would have been better off going with a local vendor. Will not buy my next purchase from eFloors.

You software has bugs. I had to re-type the order 2x's. The first time it lost the UPS instructions.

Good service. Difficult to find the exact color I was looking for on the website
Great material and customer support. Shipping costs are high but I know tile is heavy. Just make sure you aren't ordering a small quantity or you will find yourself doubling the cost of the tile just for shipping!
Website is simple and easy to view
I had to enter shipping/billing information multiple times before the site would accept the order. Following the last correction, the site stated that some information was missing; the order was accepted anyway. Your site would not accept autofill on chrome, requiring a lot of unnecessary retyping. Very frustrating and makes you look bush league

Seems like an excellent material and gives some flexibility for installation (loose lay or glue down).
