Price was more per square foot than other sites I saw but free shipping made you the least expensive choice.

Found the flooring I love for a better price.

Quick, easy, and a fantastic price. Such care was taken packaging for delivery! Tile box was wrapped in bubble wrap, boxed, then placed in another box with packing peanuts.

Poor communication from eFloors, no notice that order was shipped until I contacted them to find out if/when the order would ship. In fact it was already in shipment.
Minor forklift damage to a couple of boxes.
Same part number as the flooring we are replaceing but not really an exact match.The "hand scraping" does not match the original floor.

Website is a little slow. Was hoping not to have to pay shipping on a order over 100. But the people are very helpful on the phone and I got the trim I needed to complete the flooring job. The Armstrong laminate floor looks wonderful in my house and it is a quality product.

There were some security issues according to my Google Browser, also I had some issues with the search bar and had to find the product on Google which linked to your site.

The floors arrived but some have crushed boxes. I have not inspected all of the contents to see if the floors inside also sustained damage.
