I ordered from this company because it seems that they are located in California and not from some foreign country like China. But it is alo very unreliable. Hours after they got my payment, i received an email from them telling me my payment couldn't be processed. Hence, they couldn't mail my order. When i told them they got my payment hours ago. They then told me they couldn't mail it for my protection; that because i was mailing to a different address, they wanted to make sure they were protecting my money. WTF? What a lame excuse to delay mailing my order.
I would not deal with this company. When they screw up the order they blame you and make you prove they screwed up.
I order a total of eight (8) 12 by 12 square mirrors. They came 4 to a pack so there should have been two (2) four packs in the box. When I opened the box there was only one (1) four pack.
I contacted the company immediately. They did not believe the package was short one (1) four pack of 12 by 12 mirrors short. I was treated like a common thief by their customer service rep. After several phone calls and on line attempts I was able to talk to someone. Still treated like a thief and a lier. They finally agrees to send another 4 pack of 12 by 12 mirrors. Well when that package finally arrived the 4 mirrors were damaged, Two were cracked in half and the corners on the other two were chipped. After more phone calls and on line chats with their rep they agreed to refund the cost of two of the four mirrors and give me a 20% discount on the two that were chipped. They refused to ship replacement mirrors and would only offer a refund for two mirrors.
If you want to be treated like a lier and a thief deal with this company. I would never recommend this compant.
I am NOT impressed! I "chatted" the day before to make sure my order was on it's way and they could not confirm. I chatted with a girl who stated I would have the product on Friday. When was not delivered by 4 PM, I called UPS and they stated the order was not shipped The girl on the phone stated there was a label made, but it was not picked up. WHAT! I even paid for expedited shipping. Some how, some where, my order was lost? EFavormart stated it was shipped and UPS had it. On Saturday helpers were coming to my house and we planned to put 275 wedding favors together. I asked if I could pick up the items and Ricky (customer service) stated, "Not on small orders." WHAT? I asked if someone could deliver it- I live 15 minutes away and work around the corner; he said no... The order should be here next Tuesday! Poor customer service. It seems like they do not know what they are doing! Very disappointed!
I ordered floral floating candles, and beads for centerpieces along with some flower petals. My order came in a timely manner and all items were as I expected them to be. This was a trial order to see if the items I wanted in a larger quantity would work, and I will be ordering the rest from them.
This site is a party planner's paradise! I've ordered almost ALL of my linen from here, that I rent for my business. I love the quality of even the smallest items. I've had to contact customer service about the size of something and they were awesome and very helpful. The delivery is accurate and not as expensive as it could be when you order in advance of your event.
I ordered personalized ribbon from this company and the printing was very poor. When I contacted customer service (if you can call it that) they sent me a link to their return policy and said the ribbon was printed well and was "usable" (I had to send them a picture). The quality was so poor it can't be used at all. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR QUALITY IS TERRIBLE AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICES. BAD, BAD COMPANY.
I placed a big order for plates on June 14th and another big order on the 17th. On June 29th I contacted them (had to be via chat) and "Christine" told me that the 1st order was being shipped that day and the 2nd order was processing and would ship the next day. We cater to large groups and I was relieved to hear it was on its way. Today, July 7th, the order still shows as "Unfulfilled" OMG. So I had to chat, again (terrible cust svc process) and once again, "Christine" said the exact same thing as last week: "processing and we will ship today." That's when I got mad. Then she tried to tell me it was MY FAULT that they "Called you again and again and again to verify why you weren't shipping to my billing address." Lies. I am at my office every day and ALL calls are electronically logged. We now have to go to a local party supply place and hope to be able to buy enough product for our 4 venues this weekend. Terrible, lying customer service. We are a very large company and we will not do business with them again.
I have read so many bad reviews but I don't go off others experience so I chose to take a chance and I ordered 55 purple mesh chair sashes. And I ordered June 18th it was to arrive June 29th. So I went and ordered them and they came June 23rd way before time. I'm doing my own reception decor and I am thankful they came before time now I can relax and wait until my wedding day July9th 2017. And it was just like they were online thank you so much now my wedding is complete
I can't say enough bad things about this company. Do not waste your time or money. Spend a little more with a reliable company. Do not succumb to their scam. Read all the reviews and note that the few good ones are probably written by efavormart employees. Horrible, rude customer "service". No way to contact them. I still haven't been credited for my return. They wouldn't even give me credit toward another purchase without a tracking number. Bad, so bad. Please read the reviews and take them very seriously
Purchased some pearl chains for crafts and they are as described in the website. The rates are much better than websites. Will recommend for any wedding items.
As a professional lighting designer, I made a $1,500+ purchase through efavormart.com for a Hollywood celebrity client. The lights were advertised as twinkle lights, but upon installation, they were NOT lights that twinkled! In addition, many of the lights I purchased malfunctioned, were not consistent with the proper setting, and just plain gave me the most troublesome time possible. I made numerous trips out to my clients house and spent hours and hours fixing manufacture issues with the lights... I took a HUGE loss with my client solely based upon the malfunctioning of these lights! My clients were greatly disappointed and I was greatly embarrassed. I am 99% sure that I lost my celebrity clients; well known in the industry.
I contacted efavormart.com customer service about the issue and they informed me that they would do nothing for me! I will be filing a lawsuit and contacting many governmental agencies and develop a web site against efavormart.com.
I made the mistake of not carefully reading the negative reviews. Like many reviewers, they delivered my items incomplete and the packaging was the worst I've ever seen. Very unprofessional and no padding to protect the merchandise from breaking or being damaged. When I reached out via chat about my missing items, I was told that shipping would cost them more so they offered me a refund. When I refused the refund, they told me to buy a pack of 8 so I can get my 2 missing pieces that I had already paid for. This company doesn't care about their customer satisfaction; they only care about getting your money. I buy many things online and never in my life ever experienced such unprofessional treatment of customers. The worst part is the products were sub-par and if you try to return it, they charge 20% restocking fee plus shipping, and if the pack is opened, they reject it. How in the world are you suppose to inspect the items if you do not open the pack. THIS STORE IS RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS SO REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SO THAT THEY STOP RIPPING OFF UNSUSPECTING BUYERS!
I recently placed an order for 2 packs of ostrich feathers needed for bridal shower centerpieces. When the order arrived, there was 1 one pack of feathers. I contacted customer service through the live chat option. I explained the situation to only be told "from our shipping record, everything in your order were packed and shipped. Please empty the box and check again all the missing items should be there. In case, if you do not open the package then please check it with the first person who opened it." I again explained that the order was incomplete and that the packing slip only stated one item was packed. The operator asked for a picture of the packing slip. It was then that I noticed the packing slip was addressed to someone else. I informed the operator of this and sent a picture. After being placed on hold for a third time, I was asked when my event was. My event is in a week. The operator informed me that they will refund me for the missing item. I asked if the item can be expedited and was told the following, "I am sorry for the trouble, but it will cost us more in shipping to make it on time". I asked to be connected to a manager, told to hold for a few minutes, and then the operator actually said, " I am sorry for the trouble, here if you can pay $8 then we can expedite the shipping." So, let me get this straight, I already paid for two items and shipping fees, only received one item, and then am being asked to pay to have the missing item sent to me. One pack of feathers cost a little over $15. The first reason they could not expedite the package was because it would cost them more to ship than to refund the product. How is $8 more than $15 and then to ask the customer to pay for the shipping costs of the missing item. It is truly unfortunate that a company who wants their customers to think of them as a "faithful friend" treats these same customers in such a way that deters them from returning or recommending others.
BEWARE! Don't buy, the customer service is awful and the product quality is very poor.
I received defective products and they suggested I use paint to repair my charger plates instead of offering a full refund of shipping and product costs!
How do I make a return, got no pkg slip or return address never will purchase from you again, the phone # won't let me get what I need, they gave me another # and it won't answer

I ordered flowers for my sick mother-in-law in MN and they screwed up the order so bad! First sent flowers ened up being sent to me under my mother in law's name- to the wrong state, then used her name on my credit card! Then OUT RIGHT REFUSED TO RE-ORDER correctly! No phone number for customer service (should have been my first red flag!) Their so called "chat on line" service did not work during stated their hours... We are out money, Two days later WE HAVE NOT EVEN received said flowers! Ha ha... TOO DUMB A COMPANY! My fault for picking a sketchy one! Will order flowers from only reputable dealer next time with a phone number! One that actually straightens out their messes and has a phone number!
The product (silk roses) looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture. I contact them about returns. Operator tells me that I can avoid their 20% restocking fee by making exchange purchase. I specifically asked if the amount of the exchange had to total the same and was told the amount DID NOT MATTER. Made a small purchase and sent the order number back with the return. Still charged 20%. Contact them again and and this time I'm told exchange has to be 50-60% of original amount which they claim is "standard global practice". This is stated nowhere on the site!

I ordered 70 silk sunflowers for my daughter's wedding to use as placecard holders. ( $ 24.98 + tax and shipping). Such a deal right? When the flowers came they were in terrible condition 3 were "heads" only with no stems, folded and crushed petals. I counted there were only 64 total sunflowers in 4 bunches 25, 14, 13 and 12.
So I called. I was told that they could not send individual stems so they would refund me $1.45 the prorated cost of the 6 flowers I was missing. I asked them how that would help with the total number of placecard holders I needed, I didn't want money I needed the flowers. They then offered me 50% back again I asked how that would help with the total number of placecard holders I needed. I then said they could pay and I would just return them, after all it was thier mistake and I would reorder They said no and if I returned then I would get charged a 20% restocking fee! Raelly? I have to pay for their mistake. What? After an hour on the phone and my threatening to go on Yelp, facebook, and call my credit card to cancel payment, they finally suggested that hey would send me another shipment of 70 flowers for only $11.54. I told them I would just be throwing out 64 flowers and suggested AGAIN that they just send me one bundle of 12 or 13 flowers for free. It was their mistake. They refused and promised to double count the flowers to make sure there were 70. So fIne I just got my shipment of 70 new sunflowers all folded and squished. Oh when I counted there are only 68! Lousy customer service. Just out to make a buck! Never ordering from them again. It seems they have changed the name and city of the business, maybe too many complaints?

Don't order from this company. They charge you additional for faster shipping and then send the package regular ground. They claimed they couldn't do anything about the shipping, however they were able to reciprocate the package to be sent back to them immediately while I was chatting with them. You will not get the correct product and it won't be shipped on time either.

Answer: I am not part of the company. But having ordered, and had delivered on time, numerous times, I can not figure out why people have a problem with this site? The quality was as described. I also ordered wedding supplies for the reception and had great raves over the products. So...?
