The order was received on time,, but if you have to return a item I give them a rating of 2. I was changing from one color to another color item,. They could have just send the same item in the new color but no, wait for them to received the merchandise which I understand. Then wait to received the gift card, then reorder the same item, then wait to received it, all that take about to 3 to 4 weeks. I am still waiting and time is run out. Once they received the item, they could write down the gift card # and send the item back to the costumer
I have purchased these 1/8" pull ribbon bows at different over a period of years, and they have been useful on various occasions--used as napkin rings for a large group, ties for small packages, and decoration on a favor. People always ask me where I found these bows. The service from efavormart has always been great.
I needed to purchase table linens for my Aunt's 50th Wedding Anniversary. I looked at various sites online and decided to go with eFavorMart. I had the linens shipped and they arrived on time. The table clothes were individually packaged and brand new(several other sites had complaints of table clothes delivered that were obviously used). They were exactly what I thought i was ordering, the cloth was good quality, great price. I know I will be using them for many events in the future.

Love these table runners! They come in a variety of colors and are sewn very nicely. You could t make them for less if you sewed them yourself.
