This was suppose the Ferrari of all Windows profile, and service better as expected. As we got delay ordered and very push for the down payment 30 %, october 2021 signed contract, to be receiving in February, But as finally many polite scheduling requested date to delivered, but in name of covid or other reason was delayed 4 times. As finally arrived they made sure prepayment before installer would start work, so trust the outcome, so we realized only 50% of the order was in the installer truck, how to get out as on top prepayment was requested, this was in July 2022 ( 50% of contract), 8 month after contract and no confirmation when the rest would be delivered and installed, as this belong to another division, so what can you do, this means the house open walls and dirty mess in house twice. So don"t know what even to say, expensive, late, many division to talk,, so I will what the company can do to compensate.
