Sorry to say but flowers were very disappointing. They looked almost dead when I saw them in the funeral home. They clearly were older flowers and not fresh.
The flowers were delivered at the End of the Mass! You had 4 days to get it there on time! Will Not use your service again!
Ordering the flowers for the funeral was easy and the arrangement was done beautifully.
I was disappointed that the flowers I took time to pick out to my liking was substitued the day before delivery without so much as shwing me what the substitute arranged looked like.
You never delivered the flowers and everything else I ordered. It was a wake for my best friend terrible
Easy to order and arrived on time. The grieving party was very impressed.
Received them in a timely manner. These were for a coworker mother in-law. However, I didn't go. So I don't know how they looked. I am going to assume they looked great.
Very dissatisfied with what I received for the money I paid
I wish I could give them 0 stars. This company is absolutely cruel and awful. They skimmed the obituary for my brother that we so lovingly and carefully wrote, and re-worded it to make blatantly false claims about him. It caused a lot of panic throughout the whole family, and re-traumatized us during an already horrific time in our lives. We still don't know how long the lies were online, and how many people saw them.Their response was basically "oops, we are human too!" when I told them how much their actions hurt us.
EDIT: Echovita stated that my brother was "survived by his daughters." He has no children, has never had any children, and the obituary we originally wrote never alluded to him having children or daughters. This information is BLATANTLY FALSE and caused a lot of trauma to our family.
Great delivery and everything was in great shape! I would highly recommend.
Flowers were never delivered. They were supposed to be delivered to grave site and they were no there at the time of burial.
For the flowers delivered I could have picked wild flowers that looked better. They were all wilted with hardly any water in them. Sparse bouquet. 3 names were not even put on sympathy card. The site never directed you to the candle which was paid for on order
Hi Denise L.,
We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the flowers that were delivered by the local florist. Please call Blooms Today directly at 1-800-522-8707, as stated on your receipt. There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Also, the candle you paid for is lit on the obituary page on our website where you made your transaction. Thank you.
It was as expected. Thank you for the care that you took by making and delivering the flowers to the funeral.
I got an email that said the plant was delivered and it was not, but I was charged for it.
They said my order was cancelled due to an issue with the florists, "Blooms Today"
NOTIFIED ME DAYS AFTER SERIVES to let me know that ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED! Ordered flowers for a dear friend's mother's funeral that was in another state from me. Got an email saying a comparable item would be delivered. Then THREE DAYS AFTER the services, got an email saying the order was canceled due to the fact they couldn't find way to fulfill the order. Had I known in time I could have made other arrangements to show my care and support. People order and have flowers delivered all the time all over the place...I didn't think I needed to follow up after I was told a comparable item would be sent. I felt horrible. I'll NEVER ORDER from them again!
They didn't sent the flower arrangement I purchased, I got the money back but I was disappointed because I got the notification until next day
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
Answer: Hi James, you may call our partner, Blooms Today directly to inquire about your order at 1-800-522-8707. This phone number is also stated on our website on the flower selection and checkout pages.

Hi Elizabeth,
After checking our emails, I can confirm hat we have not received any recent emails from an "Elizabeth C.", however, we have never made any false claims about anyone. To say we blatantly made false claims insinuates that we intentionally posted false information, which has never been the case. Mistakes can happen, as yes, we are human, and we apologize if a mistake was made. We are not cruel, but you are entitled to your opinion. We further share the basic facts of publicly available obituaries, as part of our free service, as any factual information published on the internet, is then public information. We do not post complete original obituaries unless we are given direct permission from the family or funeral home, or if the obituary was directly created on our website by the family or funeral home.
