The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with notable strengths in the ease of ordering and timely delivery of floral arrangements, often praised for their quality and customer service responsiveness. However, significant concerns arise regarding unauthorized obituaries, which many customers find unethical and misleading, leading to confusion among grieving families. Additionally, issues with product quality, including discrepancies between ordered and delivered items, have been reported. Overall, while some customers appreciate the service, the company's practices surrounding obituaries and inconsistent product fulfillment have led to widespread dissatisfaction.

I have had issues searching for obituaries for years, especially out of state. This was very easy to use and accurate in accessing obituaries.
I ordered flowers for my friends fathers funeral out of town. At first I was notified the bouquet meeded to be modified the day prior to delivery. No problem, I asked them if it is possible to keep the same colour of flower at the least and they said they cannot guarantee or send a photo to confirm what the bouquet would look like. The next day, an hour prior to the service, i get an email (not a call) to say that the order cannot be delivered. Order gets cancelled one hour prior to the service making it so I cannot make alternate arrangements. Thanks echovita.
I was emailed that the flowers were delivered to the church prior to the funeral.I never received an acknowledgement from the family so I don't really know how the flowers looked.
The flowers were nothing like the picture on your website and were marginally better than a grocery store bouquet.
Very nice! I love the candle option I chose for Judy Acri! It will always be lit in her memory! Wonderful!

Thank you so much for the planter/flowers they were beautiful. If I might add one thing for improvement if we decide to order again would be the hand writing on the card was not quite legible. It also ran into the printed flowers on the card making it hard to read. Thanks again..
The service was great I received a picture of the flowers and they did not look like anything I ordered.
I order a set of flowers for a loved that had passed away. The echovita website added a $10 eternity candle charge that I did not search for or desire. Of course when you go to contact them on their site there is no phone number to get the charge removed. Not sure this review will make to them but hopefully this review will help people in the future not run into this same problem.
This was an easy website and order to place. There were alot of beautiful options available.
The Prayer plant was very large, delivered on time, received alot of compliments on the choice.
The technician was very professional and efficient in getting the replacement drive to us.
Flowers were nice but the sympathy card was not corrected as requested.
Purchase did not tell me why there were multiple prices for the arrangement.
Satisfied with the results and the family was pleased
Just as the picture showed on the website. Very fresh flowers.
It was well put together, satisfied well done and great!
It makes life easier as you can navigate through the obituaries and order flowers at the same time.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
Answer: Hi James, you may call our partner, Blooms Today directly to inquire about your order at 1-800-522-8707. This phone number is also stated on our website on the flower selection and checkout pages.

Hi Samantha L.,
We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience. We will be contacting Blooms Today to express your complaint about the local florist assigned your order. That is unacceptable. Customers should be notified within 24 hours after placing their order whether it can be delivered by the local florist.
