Very fast and convenient

I ordered these flowers the night before, because things were a little crazy just prior to a funeral and ordering flowers had slipped my mind. I was amazed that they were able to get the flowers delivered so quickly. Would have been A five star review however, the assortment that was delivered was much smaller than what appeared in the picture and for the price I expected a larger arrangement. Had I known I would've spent a little extra on the largest bouquet they offered.

We're sorry to hear that your flower order couldn't be delivered by the assigned local florist. The candle portion of your order is not a physical candle, it is a virtual candle that appears on the obituary page, however, since your complete order was refunded, it was also cancelled and refunded. I ordered a plant a week prior to the funeral services. It was delivered on time and the recipient's family were very happy. They said it was a beautiful peace lily! Very happy with my purchase!

We ordered a large floral display for a family member's visitation and funeral service, for which we were not able to attend, 2 days in advance. Sadly, we weren't contacted until well into that service that they were unable to locate a florist who would be able to deliver on time. This was not for a "middle of nowhere" location but for one within 40 miles of Nashville.

While they did offer to deliver something later, and then followed up again later with a discount offer, this was not enough to make up for the complete failure on this most important event.

The one positive is that they did try to call and emailed this information and automatically refunded the order.

We're terribly sorry to hear about your experience. You should have been notified the day prior if the local florist was unable. What seemed to be the issue is that the local florist assigned your order wasn't able to fulfill it, so Blooms Today attempted to reach other local florists, but couldn't find one available to take your order in time.

I was uneasy when I was charged a money conversion fee I only give my card info inside the USA
I thought Echovita was connected to the funeral home.and would not have used it if I knew I would be charged the extra fee that was not part of my order
