It's my first time renting a school book from a website. Actually, it's my first time renting period. I have never rented a book. It was mostly bought. The concept of renting is amazing. Most of the classes you don't even use the book after. It's just a waste of object and money. I love the concept of renting and returning the books. With that said, I took a star off because I don't know how it is to return. It was easy to order and get the book shipped. Returning will be another story. I don't even know if I need to get a new package to ship or use the one the book came in.
To return your eCampus.com rental:
1. Sign in to your My Account.
2. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns.
3. Select Return My Rental for Free.
4. Select only the books you packaged in the box, then click Print Label & Complete Return.
5. Print your prepaid UPS shipping label and packing slip and drop your rental return off at any UPS location. DO NOT drop this package off at the post office.
You can use any box.

3 books I ordered three weeks ago still haven't arrived
Books are easy to find and most are cheap but a few were incredibly expensive
Ordered two books, but the seller sent them separately. I received one, the other was presumably delivered to an unknown location (UPS tracking shows it was delivered, but not to where; seller could not verify). Seller said they would send a replacement, then several weeks passed with no updates. After two sessions chatting with customer assistance, ecampus.com agreed to issue me a refund for the book I never received.
