I placed an order over a week ago almost two weeks, I reached out to Ebony.com to ask about my order it was my first time ordering from them. Every day since the Day I ordered my order has been with their shipping department! They Reps are sooo unprofessional u can tell they are very young! They went back and forth with via emails. Just to much I would not recommend anyone to order from this sit it is not reliable and customers are not taken serious.

I have ordered many products and been pleased with all my past purchases and will continue shopping here

I am someone who spends thousands of dollars a year on hair and hair products. This company had quick shipping and an easy to navigate site. What stands out the most is Customer Service. Larissa was very friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. I wish everyone could be as professional and friendly as Larissa. I have now set up an account and look forward to my next shipment. Great selections and great prices but shipping is very slow! Still waiting on an order from March1st and today is the 12th of March still no tracking information.

Hi there, yes we've all heard the horror stories, not receiving orders,etc I recently placed an order, with ebonyline, my order was shipped to me and I received it which felt like a matter of hours after, i even emailed them saying i cant wait to do business with them again, in the future, i know in my heart those guys wil continue to give great services to their consumers.

Hey I'm Courtney, I came across this unit as a backup of Ebonyline being out of stock of the Sensationnel Vice Unit 13 in the platinum color. The Sensationnel dashly unit 26 fit my desire along with platinum in it. For my order number ******* I truly appreciate Ms Larissa reaching out to me for checking in on my recent purchas. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past 6 years. I can honestly say that the customer service in general service all the way around has deteriorated completely. The last three times that I have placed an order it stated that it was shipped within 24 hours. After not hearing anything for a few days I would have to reach out to them just to find out that they don't have the product. On my most recent order on January 2023 once again they did not have my complete order and told me that they would send it to me when they receive it. Instead I received a partial order which I made clear that I did not want. Of course they have no number to reach out to anymore (in the past they did) so you have to communicate via email. It's absolutely insane. The chances of you receiving what you actually ordered is slim to none now. Please do not waste your time on this site. They will not get another dime of my money going forward. Hope it was worth it!
