No service

I have had my hearing aids for about 5 months. My charger has stopped working. I have called eargo support 3 times this afternoon. Each time I held for about 5 mintues and was finally cut off. Their service is non-existant.
I am extremely sorry I decided to do business with eargo. If I had wanted to return them, I would not have bben able.

I have tried several different hearing aids over the years, about 20 in total. The usual type you get from a doctor, the kind that goes behind the ear. I have always had problems with background noise and hearing conversation, even with these hearing aids. I decided to give Eargo a try and purchased them from a nice gentleman over the phone, and got these to try in 3 days. A few days later one of their audiologists called me to discuss caring for the hearing aids, etc. So far I have been able to finally hear conversation without everything around me being so loud that I can't hear well. Customer support has been amazing. You have made a believer out of me, thank you Eargo.
