I purchased cable from here and was sent the wrong product. I was offered a return but then when the time came to return it I was told that I couldn't return it. I now have to spend the time disputing the charge with my credit card company. Buy somewhere else

My sister and I have ordered a few thousand dollars' worth of equipment from DX- they have great customer service; very friendly, helpful and polite-answered all of our questions without feeling rushed- shipping was fast, reasonable, and products were packaged in thick bubble wrap, electronics were double boxed, and outer box was securely taped. Products are quality, made from solid materials. I love this store! Troy and David from Tech Support know their stuff and their products. Great company to work with! Highly recommend!

Total disaster trying to buy an amplifier from them. 1st unit was smashed from horrible packaging. After asking to package better and a long delay to send out another unit it arrives the same way with no more units available. This is the problem with large corporations taking over most industries in our country. There is no owner overseeing that things are done right. I am now stuck with with what I got because they could not be bothered to use a couple extra pieces of tape and foam on a $4000 amp. Nuts.

Went to their web site and ordered an Anstron 35 M DC power supply for my new ham radio on Jan 25th, 2020. According to their web site it would ship around Feb. 9th. On Feb. 9th, I got an email saying it wouldn't ship until Feb. 15th. I call on Feb. 15th, and they said it should ship on Feb. 23rd. When I call on the 23rd, they said it wouldn't be in until the end of March, but if you go to their web site, it states the product it will ship on March 10th yet they can't fill the orders they already have, but they want more people to order the item. When I complained, they offered to cancel the order and return my money just to get themselves off of the hot plate. They hold my money indefinitely but when it comes to completing the order they waive their hands and say it's not their fault.
