Took delivery of a flashlight that did not work. Contacted Deal X of the problem. After 5 email I received answers that they needed a picture of the flashlight. Sent image with no reaction so I sent a new message with the image. After 2 weeks, I got the answers they needed video on the flashlight. Has sent video 5 times without reaction.
The changes the email address at this kind of matters, which after a while stop function.

I placed my order back in Dec and it's been 2 months and I still haven't received my order and can't track my order. The customer support service is useless. Same standard reply - "wait for another one to two weeks". Got that same reply even after month from my initial inquiry. Frankly, the saving if at all there is any, is worth less. I lost the interest in the product. I wouldn't recommend to buy.

Please read the story below and use your consideration before deal with dx.com
They tell me to upload CREDIT CARD PHOTO to deal with them after I upload my id already I said too much for me I cannot trust if photo is leak photo database is not like text or digit that can encrypted one way hash key that cannot reverse back to see original information so if someone get to photo keeping data they get all information (I'm a programmer working 30 years)

I cannot get contact on customer support So I will post it here I have an order **************220 on 1/25/2017 Jan 25 on between this period you do nothing until Feb 3 You dx.com cancel my order because I don't send you my credit card photo I chat to your staff that I cannot trust the way you get credit card photo but I upload ad but before that you withdraw my money until today Feb 15,2017 money never refund, Is this make sense? You cancel my order and hold the money about a month for reason checking security? If I cancel you make sense I have to wait but you cancel me and tell me to wait for the money?

Though the site claims to have versatile shopping experience products, I have found so far is the updated inventory of the gadgets and electronics only! The "Dress category" is the worst, the products are hardly latest, everything seems outdated and the price which is claimed the lowest, is not the lowest, in fact, they are higher compared to Aliexpress's!

But I shop regularly here for the electronics items, and the quality is quite good for the price stated.

In my experience, they always deliver orders, but you can wait months for it. I haven't ordered more than a half dozen items, mostly cheap stuff, and feel I got what I paid for. I do like the free shipping.

The first time I bought on DX I received one broken item, but I got store credit easily by using the ticket service. The packaging is very poor, so I don't recommend anyone to buy fragile products. Also the DX Points are not easy to use (you need to convert first and not use it directly on checkout) and the price are higher than most sites. Overall it is a reliable store with good customer service.

Dreadful Service

I recently ordered a laptop from Debenhams which was due for delivery yesterday between 8.00 and 18.00 hrs. I waited in all day until 18.30, when I had to go out on business. Your delivery company tried to deliver at 18.47, well after the contracted time.
To rearrange delivery by DX by phone it seems I get charged 10p a minute! To make matters even worse, they are unable to deliver until Monday (4 days later) and are unable to tell me whether it will be delivered am or pm unless I pay an extra £7. Am I expected to wait around all day on Monday?

Items booked on 6 Jun 2016 are not shipped by 10 Aug 2016. The customer care, the ticket service, and all other idiotic contact us facilities are just crap. The only reply they ever give is please wait for 2 more weeks, as if the items are to arrive from MARS/ Intl Space Station. There is no feedback or status update from the company once the payments are made. They leave the customers on their own to check the status. Jokers should understand that even startup companies give regular updates on the order status and all the more when there has been a delay. And for delay of 2 months this company should be shut down... dismal and disgusting service. I advice people not to opt dx for purchasing anything as they r just cheaters/ liars who do not know the meaning of shipment. Shipment includes the time for the item to reach the consumer and not fu@@in removal of item from their shelves/ godowns..

Hello everyone.
The story began after the purchase of two power banks (SUNGZU "*******mAh", SKU: *******, *******).
I got an order(Number is **************426), but the battery came to me with the differences from the statement on the website of different sizes and differences in the design of the device. Capacity of batteries does not correspond to the stated.(Less 2 times, than it should be.)
This product also did not had the manufacturer's label of SUNGZU.
I had a conversation with a representative (skypemarksungzu) of the production plant of the brand, and he confirmed that Dx.com store simply stole SUNGZU name and uses it not legal.
This store is not only not fulfilled its obligations in front of me, but it also to continue mislead other buyers, using trademark of SUNGZU unlawfully. Dx.com sells counterfeit, it can be dangerous for the consumer, as batteries are a fire hazard product.
Contacting customer support did not give a positive result, the store said that they have a good product. Support team did not respond to any of the questions posed by me. Store also disagrees to refund me money. So I opened the debate at paypal.

I do not recommend buying in this store.

I bought their product that was on sale after the deal was approved and theyreceived the money, they decided that the deal is not good for them, (probably too cheap or something) and decided that they would not provide me the product. Despite repeated requests for the product they refused with a difrent excuse everytime. Not recommend buying anything from them. They are not reliable.

So-so website

I started buying here just before discovering gearbest. The dx website is overpriced and has fewer items, although they are quite reactive. Would grate them with 3/5, as I had no bad nor positive experience. The quality of products was always different, so no unique opinion. Probably it is due to their competitive model of attracting more and more one-time customers.

Good for nothing

Beeing a eager dx.com customer for over 6 years now, my latest correspondence with them left me with a very negative impression. In short: new return policy regarding faulty products makes it so that they will not carry the cost if your country have to an expensive shipping cost. They will only carry the cost to a specific cost vs. worth to the product. I was offerd a partial refund of 13$ against a product that cost 45$ at dx.com, (product is not working, and any refund lower than a full refund or shipped a new product is not acceptable for me) and this was rejected by me.
To my horror 2 more products of the same type is failing, and ill just have to take the loss of 135$. With well over 100 orders at dx.com, my shopping there ends now.

Just don't order electronics or makeup, like why would you? I've ordered stuff that can't go wrong. Shipping was on time and the quality is exactly what you pay for. Hope they don't let me down with the shipping next time I order, it has been 3 times now.

Avoid at all costs

Bought some parts, correct descriptions, etc. Shipped the wrong items and refused to cover my loss due to their incompetence. For a small items is ok, but I lost almost $70 due to this and not for my fault. And they still dare to ask me to refund them some of the money. Good thing I escalated it to paypal and was awarded the $, my only regret is not asking more from paypal.
When they ask you to cancel your paypal dispute, don't! They will try to scam you out of your hard earned money.

Do not buy anything from this site. I have waited almost 3 months and opened a Paypal dispute. Now they are asking me to pay 7euro because the customs returned the package...

They do not care about you only about your money. Their customer service is the worst available online!
There are a lot of alternatives.
