I connected with Dundas wood windows because they have been in business for a long time (second generation) and for the quality of Canadian made windows they carry( ie. LePage an excellent quality!). However we decided on Ostaco, an Ontario made as a better fit with our existing windows. Nigel Lobo was very helpful in explaining and showing in detail windows and it's features ( a Showroom is very nice thing to have!). We purchased 9 windows. We were extremely pleased and grateful with the work done by Antonio ( the senior window installer). A real Gem!... requires no guidance or supervision, very tenacious worker that does not cut corners!... If Antonio is your installer... you will be in excellent hands!
