I would never buy from Shoeme.ca again. I had a very bad experience with a return. It took over a month of calls and emails on my part to get it resolved. Even though I returned the shoes the day after I bought them, I was told that I'd waited too long to make the return and was only eligible for store credit. I had to get angry with two different people over the phone before I got my money back, which I really didn't appreciate. I finally got an apology email from them in which they admitted it was their mistake, along with a 15% off coupon, but it wasn't enough, frankly, to compensate for such a pointlessly aggravating experience.

In addition to that, in the past I've used Onlineshoes.com to buy shoes for relatives in the States but hey, now I can't because guess what - it's blocked by the wonderful folks at Shoeme.ca.

I have been ordering from Shoeme for over a year. They have a great selection, both of run of the mill brands and ones I don't see in any of the Calgary stores. I have ordered everything from fashion to work footwear. My size is pretty standard 8M. Their prices are competitive. Always run 20-30 percent of sales, so I wait for them. Have had to return a couple of them and never have had a problem. I receive a return label within 2 days, pop them off at Purolator which is very close to me and the money is refunded into my Paypal account no later than a week. Shipping on most items has been within 3-4 days. I don't have the time (or really the desire) to go from mall to mall, only to find that when I do find something, they don't have my size. I can wear them around the house for a day, just to make sure they are OK. Most of the negative ads I've read about them seem to be regarding one particular brand so I would tend to think the problem lies with the supplier. I don't think I'll ever purchase shoes anywhere else. Have bought from their outlet site as well and been satisfied. I work as a server and am on my feet for sometimes 12 or more hours a a day. The Propet and Walking Cradles are fantastic!
The only complaint I have pertains to their rather limited descriptions. I run into this only on their knee high boots. I have a small calf and they don't state the circumference size. I solve this buy going to other (usually the manufactures) websites to get the info I need Again, I am from Canada so the shipping charges from American sites make it not worthwhile to order. While some do offer free shipping, if you have to return, it is at your own expense

I have only had one experience with Shoe Me and I wont be back. Terrible Customer service! Ordered a pair of shoes at a great discount for my son for Christmas on Nov 27 2014. Almost 3 weeks later, i had nothing. I e mailed them. NOTHING. I finally called them and they said. Oh we e mailed you the next day. Well I did not receive an e mail, and yes I checked my spam box. I run a business and if I had not heard back with in a day or so, i would try again. Funny that I got the initial confirmation of the order. Anyways, they said i would have the money back on my card within a few days and would offer me 15% off another pair of shoe. Thats crap compared to the discount i had originally but they stuck to their guns. I went to Shoe Company and got a pair. Just like to let everyone know that their facebook page only shows positive comments... they erase your truthful comment and make it so that you cannot comment. They did this to me as well as some friends. BEWARE of this company and pass the word. I am continuing to spread the word Kristy

So, I ordered a pair of Timbaland 6" boots off shoeme.ca on November 27,2014. I was patiently awaiting a shipping confirmation that never arrived. I first emailed for further information regarding my order on December 1,2014. I received a reply on December 2,2014 stating that I "can expect it to arrive on or before Dec 12th". Saturday Dec 13 arrived and still nothing, no shipping confirmation or product. I emailed back on December 9 to no reply, so I called Tuesday December 16th. I was told my product was on site and being prepared for shipping and to expect a shipping confirmation email in the next 24-48 hours. Nothing arrived. Today is December 22,2014. I called back to check on the status, I was kindly informed that there is no information on my order, they do not have my product and that they are unaware of the status. I was promised an update by the end of today. Regardless, I am going to cancel my order. This whole experience speaks for itself and it's absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered a few pairs of shoes from here. No issues whatsoever. Delivery times are reasonable, shipping is free and if there will be delays, they let you know. Keep you very well informed and customer service is friendly and accomodating. My fiancee ordered a pair of shoes and we had our first issue where the color looked nothing like the image online. Called customer service, they handled it very well and paid for the shipping of the shoes back to them for a full refund. This is how every business should operate, will definitely continue ordering from this company!
