I placed four separate orders a month ago, total of 7 items were out of stock, I have received some items, and there has been no update on the remaining five items. Now dressve wants me to start all over and pick 7 new items to exchange for the out of stock items, or they would give me a refund. I've been sending emails over the past 15 days to dressve, to give me a refund on all out of stock items in my order, but they've been ignoring me. Instead, they keep sending me more emails about out of stock items. I regret placing this orders. PLEASE GIVE ME A REFUND ON ALL OUT OF STOCK ITEMS IN MY ORDERS!
I published here a one star review for dressve on August 12th based on their failure to respond to my request for a pre-paid return label I need to return some of their clothes within their "7 day free return period". A Dressve representative works tirelessly answering every complaint within hours of being posted here, thus giving readers the impression that Dressve has a fast and responsive customer service. Well, I wish that was the case, but it seems to me that all they are concerned with is "perception", because in actuality once you answer them privately they dissappear again. It's all a cover. When I complained in this website I was rapidly approached by their representative apologizing and asking me to contact her privately with my order number. I did so on the same day, August 12th, and 5 days later, August 17th, I'm still waiting. Somehow, something tells me that I'll be publicly contacted today after this 1 star review, but if you read it don't get your hopes up (I don't), they are just trying to save face. By the way, my order #, once again, is *******.
I'm a big online shopper. I wAs very impressed from how the clothing on his website looked. It's been 2 months and I still have not got my order. Today I checked my mail and I only got a necklace and none of my clothing I ordered. Iv emailed them and asked where is my clothing that's with my order and I only got the necklace so far. This is ridiculous. Iv never had to wait longer than 3 weeks for and order to come in. I don't even no if I'm still getting my package. Could his be a scam?

I've order from their website and I choose the 5-12 standard shipping time, and it's been almost a month now and I am unable to receive my order. And their costomer service representative keeps tell me to be patient and not answering my question. Anyways after about 16days of waiting they sent me an email saying that they have shipped my order, only to realise that they only shipped half, saying they will shipped the other half soon. To make matters worse I tried tracking my shipment with the information that they gave me. When I tried doing that on the shipping company's website the information that I got was in Chinese.
Will never shop online ever again. Worse experience ever!

This is a very good site for shopping and when they can not offer you the product you ordered, they find a way to satisfy your shopping.
Things don't always happen when you want them to but, this company does take pride in its customers.
Ordered a pair of sandals and paid the double amount of sandals themselves in order to receive them as quickly as possible. On the website it states that preparation time for this item is between 3-7 days plus another 2-3 for the expedited shipment I paid for (38 dollars!). After several emails I understood there was no way I'd receive the sandals within a max of 10 days since they kept on telling me that the producer was running late as the item was "hot" now and so they kept delaying their answer. At which point I asked them for a full refund of both the shoes and expedited shipment since they were not ready nor sent yet and I needed them quickly (I mean would you pay 38 dollars shipment for an 18 dollar item if you don't need it fast?!). The answer I got is that they are working on giving me a full refund LATER. What does later mean? That's what I asked them in my last email and of course when I told them I ask for an honest and clear answer I still haven't got one at all. They are incredibly quick in withdrawing the money once you place the order but giving the money back seems to be a much more difficult matter. Plus they insist in describing FALSE timing in preparation of the items, nothing has changed at all, that item still takes 3-7 days apparently. Oh, I placed my order on July 9th and today is July 25th... no shoes, no money back, no nothing.
Just simply a big no no.

I am very dissatisfied with DressVe products. They are nothing like the pictures.
Prior of buying, I asked about the fabric and was told it is cotton. Not even close. Since there is no label, hard to tell, but definitely it is 100% synthetic.
Yucky material, electrostatic, the dress looks cheap, the hem is buggy.
The other dress is supposed to be chiffon. Also cheap-looking synthetic dress. Plus it is made for short people, I am 57 and the waist line is almost up to my rib cage.
I would return both of them, but the shipping cost will be higher than the price of the dresses.
Very disappointed, all dresses on their site look so appealing and beautiful. And they wouldnt post the bad reviews. Buyers, beware!

This has been the worst experience ever! It has taken 2 months to receive a partial of my order. The 2 pair of shoes I received reeked of petroleum or like the came out of a tire factory. The smell burned my eyes and nose! When I reached out to customer service they said the smell will go away in a few days and offered me $8! ( really) Those shoes have been sitting on my patio going on 3 weeks and still reek! I can't give them as a gift because I am scared of people safety. It's going to cost me $45 to send them back which is half of what I spent for my order. When asked if I can get a refund on the remaining items still missing they said they were already shipped out. How convenient! I don't even want them in my house for fear they are toxic and will harm my son and newborn baby! Never ever again!

Never again! I ordered 7 items from this site because the they seem so nice on the pictures but when i got the 1 hoodie dress its terribly bad like a rag yes its cheap but the quality is not worth it. Out of 5 sandals only one is good but not comfortable.
And my last order ******* i waited over a month until now still not got it..

I would never shop again, I don't understand why it has 5 stars. I looked at the reviews and most of people rated 5 stars. It's just rather questioning. The quality of the dresses is really bad and I'm considered skinny and a size small don't fit, got a dress which is basically like a t-shirt. Doesn't look like the picture at all! And they say 3-5 working days as delivery date but it's actually a month or so! Terrible. I would never shop here again

I ordered a dress over a month ago. They were quick to take the money from my account but that's when it stopped. I have emailed 3 times asking for the status of my shipment and get a reply a week later saying just give us a couple more weeks. Finally I emailed them today and said if it has not shipped and they cannot supply me with tracking info then I want to cancel my order and want the money refunded immediately. Will not order from this site again.

Answer: Yea unfortunately they don't give a date even after asked multiple time. Also they could not give me a tracking number so I could track it myself. Every email just asked me to be patient. Sorry you are having to deal with this company.
Answer: Don't do it! I ordered 3 items from them. After I paid, I was waiting on my tracking information and never received that confirmation. I eventually emailed them and they told me that 2 of the items were no longer in stock. So I questioned how something I paid for was no longer in stock. I was told not to worry about it and that I would be refunded. Then I had to email them again to see when my other item was going to arrive. Once again, I was told not to worry about it. I was also told that I was going to receive tracking information. I never did. Then I finally received my one item and it looked nothing like the picture on the website and it didn't fit at all. If you want the run around and horrible clothing, then this is your place. But I'm speaking from experience, DON'T DO IT!
