I saw the most gorgeous clothes I've ever seen on this website. I was so impressed, so I put in an order for a dress and 2 blazers. I submitted my order on March 31. I understood that before my order was shipped out, there was processing time. Like 3 - 5 days. Then my order was supposed to be at my door no more than 15 days later. I emailed the company to check the status of my order. The representative told me that the two blazers I ordered were no longer in stock. How is a product that was available when I payed for it suddenly not in stock? I also didn't like the fact that they didn't reach out to me to let me know that the merchandise was not in stock. I had to reachout to them to find out. So they had to refund some of my money. So I decided to still have the dress shipped to me. A few days went by and I still hadn't received a tracking number. So I reached out to the representative and all she said was, it will be sent soon and not to worry about it. So a few more days go by and still no tracking number. So the next day (April 24) I checked the mail and there my dress was. I opened the bag and it wasn't the dress that I ordered. It resembled the dress but it was the same dress. It also didn't fit. This has been the absolute worst online ordering experience and I will NEVER order from Dresser again. They give you the run around and they are number 1 at false advertisement.
I like shopping here in dressve.com. It is very convenient. It helps to save time and money. You can do many things one at a time.
