I ordered the "MagicV-NeckMermaid" dress. First, the website pretends they are from UK, but they are not. The dresses are delivered from Singapure, which means high customs fee. Regarding Germany, you I had to pay 40% on top of the price for the dress. And dressfirm doesn`t care about the lead time for the delivery going through the customs inspection. So my dress came late. In the end, it would have been the better choice to buy a more expensive dress at a local shop. Folks, fiorget dressfirm!

I ended up deciding to get a dress custom made, online because I have a very defined hourglass shape. I had high expectation for dressfirm and the dress was well worth it. I fell in love with the dress the moment I saw it online, when I finally decided to order it I chose Jade color, which is almost a turquoise and well. Its my perfect Prom Dress:)
I recomend getting it custom fitted and if youre ordering from Canada the duties is almost 100$ but even then, its well worth it. Deffinetly the most gorgeous dress ive seen compared to the ones in stores and the price (with shipping and duties) compares to a cheap prom dress you'd get in stores.

We paid extra for a custom-size, very, very pale pink beautiful prom dress for my daughter. It arrived in three weeks, making us a little doubtful that it had actually been custom sized. We had also specifically asked if the color swatch was accurate... it was not. The pale, pale pink dress we ordered, came in a bright bubble-gum pink, and looked cheap and mass produced, not to mention that the sizing was off by multiple inches. Tried to get a refund because the color was so misrepresented, but once the transaction is complete, good luck getting a reply. Would NEVER recommend DressFirm.

I ordered a dress from them, paid extra 30$ for rush delivery. I needed the dress in 10 days. I chose the "event time" as I needed and paid my huge amount of money. Then I got an email to confirm the sizes, no phone number, no name of customer service employee, nothing was provided. When delivery time approached, I got nothing. They said "oh, the problem is you are not living in UK, we cannot deliver it on time".
UK firm in UK not able to deliver to Europe?
The case is - THE STORE IS NOT IN UK! The store NEVER EXISTS!

I contacted (via web chat) their customer service online. Customer service worker was online and asked, what I need. I asked, is the store located at UK or elsewhere? It took a minute of waitinga and my conversation was closed and no answer was provided me.

Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! IT IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE CLOSED. They are greedy chinese, who never want to send you anything or what you expected! This is a scam! SCAM!

I ordered three of these dresses in Burgundy for my bridesmaids - they have arrived just 3 weeks after ordering and I can't say how happy I am with them, they are just beautiful! Gorgeous colour, stunning material, professionally made... there are not enough adjectives to express how lovely they are! We had tried on dresses in bridal shops in the UK (in the same fabric, chiffon) and knew what we were lookiing for - these are everything we could have hoped for and a lot, lot more! At a fraction of the cost, we have a much better deal. Thank you so much dressfirm.co!

HI, I ordered a black cocktail dress In my normal size, received it a week later, was excited. I tried it on and the zipper placement was so far on the side that I could not reach it! I had to wait for someone to get home, there was no top hook closure which would have made it simple to zipper, we had a tough time but could not zip it - the top of the dress was too tight and the bottom too big. The material was heavy heavy so it was definitely not a summer dress even though it was strapless. Followed all the instruct ructions, took pictures to send back to the company and within 12 hours guess what some bull$#*! email (no way to phone a real person) and they said since the dress does not fit they cannot return it - but would be happy to give me 20% off my next order. Really, order another dress and spend more money. I order via the mail ALL THE TIME, AND NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM RETURNING. Just not worth it... SAVE YOUR MONEY

I purchased a dress from DressFirm. I had it customized to my size and to say the least, it was horrible. I am normally a size 8. I received the dress in a 12, with the measurements not even being correct. I contacted the company multiple times but their response "sorry, we do not accept returns". What kind of company is this? I even had my tailer confirm my measurements and she had the tailoring was horrible on this. Why should I pay again to have it tailored when this was their job to begin with...
