I just love my two wedding dresses I bought on dress afford. I received them yesterday and
I did not expect to be so beautiful.
The quality of the materials is amazing.
The seller also provided excellent communication and service! The delivery was on time.
It seems like many other people who have left reviews had the same experience I did. Long wait, wrong color, different dress then expected and horrible return policy. U think you are saving money by going this route but in the end you are more likely to loose money and waste time waiting for the dress to finally arrive. Don't do it. Just don't.
My sister purchased a wedding dress. Didn't like it and sent it back. It's been 3 months and she still hasn't gotten a refund. Plus it cost $50 just to send it back. Iv emailed them and they won't respond.

I have to say I was worried that buying a wedding dress for $235 just seemed to good to be true. I couldn't wait to get it to see if I had made a mistake. Well I just got it and it is just as pretty as the picture. Good material, nice bead work and everything I was looking for. Best decision yet! Saved money and going to be a beautiful bride in March!
Color was not as ordered and by the time you return the dress, You get very little of your money Back. Would not recommend

Dressafford is a total scam. I ordered my dress online and it looks nothing like the advertised photo. The materials were cheaper, it was heavier and bulkier, and it basically looked like a different dress. When you try to return it, they make you pay for their shipping fee, your shipping fee (and you have to ship it to China), and I paid $53 to ship it back... on top of that, they only refund 80%. This is terrible customer service and a scam in my book.
I'm super disappointed because I waited almost 3 weeks for mine, and now, I have to scramble and find something else, plus go through all the hassle of returning, and losing money on this.
Do not buy from there!

This dress made my vision for my pictures come to life. The fabric was really soft and the color was beautiful! It was amazing to work with this seller. She is really sweet and responsive to messages. Loved my dress!

I was looking for a bridesmaid's dress for my sister's wedding and found a beautiful dusty blue one on Dressafford. By some lucky coincidence, as I kept searching, I found the exact same dress on Jenny Yoo's website, for over double the cost. Clearly, this site is a scam that takes photos of designer dresses and pretends to sell them. See screenshot photos below.
Putting that together with all the reviews I've read about receiving ill-fitting dresses + their bad return policy, I'd say stay away!
After shopping at all the major department stores, I Purchased one at Neiman Marcus ($900) but wasn't happy with the fit. I was skeptical about buying a dress from this company; I was afraid the fabric would be cheap and the workmanship shoddy because of the price. Was I surprised! The dress looked exactly like the picture, great workmanship and the beading work is beautiful! Received it Quickly. I saved $700 buying a dress from this company! Thank you!
