Some of them are too small for the heat pen. Also some of the glue takes forever to melt.

I gave 3 stars for online experience because the site wouldn't process PayPal at checkout. Other than that it was a 5 star online shopping experience. I like most of the crystals 2 of them aren't as pretty as the rest. I just won't order those the next time. I will shop here again and again. Thank you for caring about my feedback.
