I ordered on a Friday night and had them the following Thursday. Great turn around and beautiful gems

Everything was packaged perfectly, just as we asked. The order was fulfilled way faster than we anticipated, and shipping was affordable and swift. Will are extremely satisfied with our order - and this was nearly 48,000 rhinestones that came repackaged into single gross and came in 2 days. That is customer service!

Swarovski crystals are expensive. Free shipping is appreciated.

Would be nice if it were possible to order more crystals individually instead of having to buy twelve or more.
Makes me have to go to another supplier for crystals that I can buy anywhere from 1-whatever I need individually.

I just don't understand all of the varieties.

I appreciate the order and the product is really good. However, I was more than dissatisfied with how this order was packaged. The smaller clear envelopes were ripped and all the crystals were out and mixed together. At this time I am not sure all the crystals are there and will have to separate them myself. I have ordered may times before and have never received such a mess.

Very easy website to use. I was able to find what I was looking for and purchase the rhinestones in a timely manner.

Shopping is great. Great selection. Just sometimes hard to place order on line. Received light Siam Swarovski crystals and do not like the color. I was expecting a red and it's more dark orange.

Enjoyed your website and liked that you had a size chart. That really helped me as I am not experienced with mm, etc. I had first liked the sizing chart, but when my gems arrived, they were larger than the chart showed. It would really be helpful to the customers if the sizing chart was more accurate. Thank you.

I should have measured, they were smaller than I was expecting. It wasn't your fault, you gave the measurements and I was too lazy to verify the size. I'm sure I will still use them, just not for this project. The shipping was very fast. I will use them again.
