I got a call telling me an item I ordered was out of stock, what did I want for o do. Get a refund or change the order to a different item. I am happy they did not just cancel the item. I changed two to items to be the same, I Changed the finished on both items they were the same but different sizes, I got them both in the AB finishes. The person who made the call to me, made this suggestion, and I am very happy she did and that she went took the extra step for me.
Wasn't sure about the color but the gems are perfect for my project. They arrived in record time. Thank you!

I order wrong size...my fault :(
Im a little bothered because dark siam ab is blue even when laid on the maroon color. I have a color chart and know that some ab stones have a blue tint but this stone did not portray blue when the color chart was laid on the fabric. Now Im stuck with this color that doesn't match.
Not entirely sure about how satisfied with the actual crystals yet as I have not applied them.
The beads came in good time in accordance with the email claiming it was shipped, and the beads were well organized in their own packages. Thanks!
The reason delivery was slow was not the fault of this company it was the Canada postal system that delayed delivery. That is the reason for my response not because of Dream Time Creations.

Easy to find colors and sizes
The Swarovski crystal rhinestones I ordered were beautiful and delivered so quickly! The customer service was wonderful. I will definitely order more crystals from Dreamtime Creations for my daughters next costume!
The product had the correct product number on it but product was not what it should have been. This is the second order that I placed that this has happened. I talked to customer service on the phone last week and apparently they have a problem with the stock being labeled incorrectly. They were supposed to correct this and I guess they haven't done it yet. Now I have two customers waiting for orders.

They were gorgeous stone is just the wrong color... And I have no way of shipping them back because I don't know how there's nobody there on weekends so I will call tomorrow and figure that out... Other than that the customer service is been extremely well
