This is absolulet the worst website I've ever used. The customer service is atrocious. You have to have a cell or landline number associated with the account. If you travel you aren't allowed to post in the city you are in. My account got deleted because I posted in a city I was staying in for a month that wasn't the one I usually post in. There is no getting your account back. They send you standard responses about everything, won't explain anything to you, won't review your ad (because "it might let spammers know how to avoid it) even though they can look at my ad and see what it is. They are unresponsive, block the most innocent of words, yet others post about drugs etc and somehow get around it. I don't recommend it under any circumstances.

Don't bother going on this website at all. No one monitors here and will block your account if you know someone on Doublelist who is a creep, hiv positive. We can't give out warning out help other to stay away from any creep predator. Doublelist needs to change the rules here. The guy on the list AlanHomma aka northvanasian shouldn't be on that site at all. Because he touched a minor, and blame he's the victim and doesn't know he was 16 at that time. Doesn't matter. Alan is 72years old.

There are so many things wrong about Doublelist. They won't ban time waster, pic collator, or pervs etc. Worst website ever, Craigslist was way better

I signed up after being told it was a great way to meet people. Well, here I am almost two months later. I've sent out over 20 texts or messages and nobody replied. Also, there is no customer support. Ignore the reviews that praise it. This site is FAKE. I'm glad I never had to pay anything to use it. Don't waste your time with this fake site. You will not meet anyone. I'm absolutely sure that there's just a few site operators posing as people who want to meet up.

The same people that ruined Clist is going to ruin dlist. Men pretending to be women and scammers..

Since I got sign up and every time I post an Ad while waiting to review then as I check again Just got Flag. I Felt seem there a Racist whom working with doublelist.com may Flag me as it said I'm not followed guide line. I have saw most White folk Post their Ad with their phone # in their Ad and Nude pictures all Post to public. So it should be review by Someone Whom work with doublelist.com shouldn't upload online or so. Their Post NO Flag what so ever at all. This it Racis, BS and drama. I'm done and remember Color Folks should be aware of this BS and report to corporate to investigate if your Ad being Flag since me or you followed guide line and No use pic or phone # in Ad. Terrible and terrible folks speak up someone... thanks

Keep getting responses from a double list ad but can't access my account because I have a different phone number. Any legit service could do a verification via email. Sketchy at best and probably a little dangerous since they lock you out of a legit account that has active postings. I can't access the ad to delete it and I'm certain it's quite old.

I created an account but Doublelist has greyed out my email address to prevent my emails from being sent whenever I reply to other people's ads. And it's bad enough that these paranoid people will not allow people to post phone numbers in their account as well. Does anyone have any alternative websites? There's no way those five star reviews that you see about the Doublelist site are even real. They're just as fake and soulless as their San Francisco-based site creators.

So these have rules about posts but it does not matter. People post photos of their butthole but if you follow their rules you get flagged. Only automated responses so don't expect any real help!

At least in las vegas the site is fixed... like the rest of the town... you won't meet anybody on this site... only people that got thru wanted money... SCAM!... deactivated account

I have been on and off this website for the last two or three years and NOT ONCE have I met a single person. This website is riddled with scammers, pic collectors and catfish. I contacted a person on there who claimed to be a 30 year old woman that sent me a very low quality, grainy and questionable picture of herself with a filter. So who I was looking at was not actually her. I fell for this scheme and sent this person my picture and soon after *poof*, this "woman" disappears. As I was talking to this person I noticed they had deleted the original ad, only to repost it again days later trying to scam someone else so I reported the new ad. Later tonight I attempted to get back on and the below picture is what I saw. Apparently DoubleList rewards and allows catfish and scammers to do their thing on their website as a safe haven and punishes and restricts people like us who are just trying to find someone. I have been locked out of my own account for trying to report this sleazy person. I will be permanently deleting my account and never returning to this horrible, sub-par website. DoubleList is nothing more than a front for scam artists and thieves. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this website, I have seriously and honestly had nothing but trouble from these people since day 1. They severely restrict and punish straight people for the slightest thing or for no reason at all, but scammers, gays, and catfish can violate the ToS all day and do whatever they want with no repercussions whatsoever but they will ban your account if you dare report them. Website is absolute GARBAGE run by angry vindictive ex-Craigslist employees. If you value your privacy/identity, AVOID!

Typical scam: they ask you to pay upfront and they never show up. There is no use to report this scam, they don't give a f**k on Doublelist. Don't waste your time and money on scammers. No matter how sexy her photos are, if she is asking for deposit right away, she is 99% a scammer. They are so money-hungry on Doublelist. The moderators do nothing about it so DoubleList has turned into a total hoax, money scam and garbage. How they are still "in business" is beyond me. They should be shut down.

Doublelist claims to be for everyone but not true gay men yes all day long. If you are a gay man you can get hits all day long they even hit up straight guys posting in guys for women but if you reply to women or couples for him or guys your email does not get sent to the ad poster as we posted and had a friend reply we never received the reply he sent so its a fake site

DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER! They will make it impossible to log in to your account if you don't verify yourself every so often and they don't accept all phone carriers. This is not a bank or a heavy data site, it is an anon classified posting site. No need to ban accounts for this reason. They will not even delete my posts I had active at the time so I continuously keep getting unwanted email replies constantly.

They are no better than Craig's list. If someone doesn't like what you post, then they flag your ad. There is no recourse either. I've been flagged multiple times. Each time it's because I have rejected someone who has had none of the same interests as me.

Today some guy demanded I send him pictures. When I refused he became threatening and calling me names. Soon as I would block him he found a way through the block. Shortly after I finally blocked him for good, I was notified my personal ad had been flagged.

I emailed them about the behavior and it fell on deaf ears. You will have better luck with the bars if that's your thing. Double list is a garbage troll infested site just like Craigslist and Grindr have become now.

There's nowhere decent gays can go anywhere now to meet others.

I only discovered this site just a week and a half ago and I've already discovered that the men on there are FAKE and PHONY! They respond to your ads but they become no-shows and what made me walk away & deactivate my account after a short time was due to the fact that I was bullied OFF of the site as someone responded to my ad and left a bullying reply and of course, this person did NOT leave an email to reply back to.

I may not be in perfectly, tick-tock shape BUT I am a human being & I have feelings. Doublelist is NOT worth it. You try to connect with someone & 9 times out of 10, it's a complete waste of time, the men on there are NOT whom you THINK they are, don't fall for their BS...

Lame lame site and not accepting at all of straight men who have no desire to even try bi play with another man. Why even have a "women looking for men" or "men looking for women" section? Very sneaky and they have a lot of fake posts themselves/replies also saying you must be bi or gay to play with the woman (the ruse). If you don't give in, they take down your posts. Not to mention they don't like if you say in your posts that you do very well in life financially which a lot of women want. It's like they don't want any ladies that are straight or even bi themselves (which I have no issues with) going elsewhere outside of how they rope their boys/men in for bi/gay play. Nope. That's not very nice or looking out for women's best interests at all in and out of the bedroom either. They kept not allowing my posts saying it violated their TOS which is complete bs because I have been nothing but respectful and simply expect the same. Of course, no answer when contacted to inquire where the so called "violation" was. Saw other posts on here saying something similar. Asked them politely to show me where so I could change it to because how can someone change anything if they don't know what it was. Honestly, there was nothing there. I'm telling you, there is something shady going on. If you're a straight well to do man just find another free site that is more accepting and/or pay one of the other sites. You'll certainly be better off for sure. I won't tell you not to try it out. In fact, I encourage it. You'll see.

Upposed to be the replacement for Craigslist personals. It FAILS big time at that mission. Repeatedly, moderators ban my posts with no explanation. I have generally (with a few exceptions) followed the TOS pretty carefully, but they have way too much discretion, so you get banned for something you don't even know what it is. I posted a post recently that mentioned "daddy," which is just a common term for someone older or for someone in a more dominant role. I know the TOS says nothing to do with "incest" or fantasies about incest. Okay, fine, but saying "daddy" isn't an incest fantasy. It's just a common parlance for the giver in the meetup or relationship.
