Had a pleasant experience with dotsquares and teaminindia, gave them my plans and they gave me back exactly what i wanted and when i wasnt quite happy with some things on the site they change immediately without bother. Still waiting for the app to go live but the website is on www.windfarmcrewing.com and its just what i asked for. Great effort from the team really pleased. If anyone isnt sure about these and want an opinion feel free to get in touch.
Very professional, happy with the finished product.
I dealt with mainly one person and he was fantastic always looking to help improve the site and app, such a fantastic service.

As one who has been shafted by 3 similar companies, I continue to be pleasantly shocked by how easily and efficiently it is to work with Dotsquares. After an extensive interview with the Project Manager, Aayush, he passed me on to Sunil, the Analyst. When I spoke to Sunil days later, he knew in great detail what my requirements were, and was always friendly, clearly understanding and incredibly efficient. After every communication, he confirmed via email what my expectations were and completed them very quickly and exactly. When there was a delay, Sunil quickly communicated with me and I was quite comfortable with it. What continues to blow my mind is that his guidance and explanations to a non-techie were sometimes outside the scope of the project, and so it was clear to me that his focus was on the success of my website and business. Very impressive. Who would not want to give more business to a company like this? Dotsquares is absolutely the best!

We've worked with Dot Squares for the past 3 years on some of our more complex development projects and have been extremely pleased with the results and relationship. Requested a rather large complicated niche product, they understood my requirements, acted upon them to produce me an amazing website and web app - I don't have a clue about making or designing software so it really was impressive they understood what I wanted! Developer throughout was very good with communication and was always very welcoming. Would recommend these to anyone who wants good quality work done at a very good price.

Kiran Mehta and the entire dotsquares team has been amazing in helping make our vision to reality!

We engaged Dotsquares for a 6 week project. Over a year later and it is not finished. Every change creates other mistakes. Trying to get it finished is like pulling teeth. They achieve in one week what other developers could achieve in an hour. Be warned, you are better going somewhere else. I wish I had!

Dotsquares have been a great asset in producing our website and helping to adjust and manage content. They are not a design company and we did not engage them for such service but rather to complete the technical work required to make our vision a reality. If you communicate clearly and effectively and give defined visual feedback they will make it happen. Ravi has been my contact and he is always contactable via email and responds promptly. I would have no hesitation to recommend them provided you can brief them comprehensively. If you require a graphic designer then go to a graphic design web designer. If you want technical assistance, use dotsquares.

I was hoping that dot-squares could support a legacy flash/flex application and overall it was bad experience.

Quality - Poor. Deliverables missed the mark and contained errors and omissions. For example, a task was to join video files together. Perhaps it was my error for not specifying, but I wanted them joined in chronological sequence. It was delivered badly out of order.

Communication / Comprehension - Poor. I organized the discovery session and walked through the code base and provided demonstrations with the their team. I outlined what I wanted and suggested implementation methods. Most of my suggestions were ignored and there was constant back and forth clarification. Also, since I'm in the US, communications were delayed 12+ hours.

Timeliness - Partly due to the time difference and communication issues, but none of the estimates were even close.

Project Management - Poor. The tools they used were not user friendly and were lacking features (http://www.projectstatus.co.uk/). Project management was lacking support, sense of urgency and comprehension. Also, due to the time differences, they didn't want to communicate verbally which was disappointing.

Price - inexpensive bucket of hours system, but unfortunately you get what you pay for.

In summary, maybe it was because of their lack of experience with flash/flex and AWS, but I would look elsewhere. Luckily this was a small test project, I ultimately had an internal resource successfully implement my suggestions. So only time and little money lost.

I have had three different experiences developing 2 websites and an app. Each project took at least 2-3x longer than they quoted us. In the case of the app, it took 9x the amount of time they quoted me. The quality is just OK.

We have been engaged with them for some time now with a number of projects. We have found the experience to be excellent and quality of work to be of a very high standard. The team will do whatever it takes to get our projects completed and provide excellent support.
We can testify to both completed and on-going projects, as we continue to provide more projects to the team for development. We undertake this with the confidence that they will be handled professional and to a high standard.
Our dealings with the team are on a daily basis and we cannot fault the communication and project management of all our developments.
We recommend the team for development work on both new sites as well as taking over management of existing sites.

I have been delighted with everything from start to finish. From the initial meetings with Paul to get everything I needed on the website to the delivery from Vidur has been excellent. I have worked with many web developers over the years but this experience has been the best by far. Vidur accuracy and detail in everything he does made my life so easy. The work updates each day made it clear exactly what had been done and I got to test the website all the way through. All the functionality was built in and I look forward to working with Vidur and Dotsquares in the months and years ahead.

They will give you a developer in India who cannot communicate well in English.

Poor service, poor website, poor communication, overpriced.

What more can I say? Avoid this company like the plague if you need something professional.

They charging for hosting emails 3 times more than any other company.
It's very hard to communicate with them and when they not answering emails and the Skype number they will give you are useless.
Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else.

They provide you with a contract outlining what they will deliver. To be told when there is a problem the contract is not a contract. There work quality is a disgrace. Websites like good but, when you start looking into the code they use old code which is not acceptable to good. They refused to resolve issues and also refuse to provide there line managers names due to them not being allowed. Ensure you pay by paypal as I have had to do paypal reclaims to get some of my money back. Sadly I had not choice but to get a reclaim. Also they enter into your server without your consent and damage whats left of your site even though they have had payment to the value of the work quality. Sadly this has had to be reported to the police who will be dealing with them. Run while you have the chance as your only throwing money down the drain and setting yourself up for months of stress.

Terrible Company...

Our experience with Team In India/Dotsquares was pretty terrible. Our point of contact was Jagdish Ram. Jagdish was a pretty nice guy however his English was very hard to understand. Our project had many specifics and it seemed Jagdish never understood what was being said despite the fact of him agreeing he understood. At later dates, we would ask how the progress was coming along on the specifics I just mentionedonly to be told he knew nothing about them. Our projected timeline of completion was set for 2 weeks and it was 7 months later that Team in India stopped communicating altogether. We still had a broken project and several thousand dollars later. Our advice to anyone looking at Team in India/Dotsquares is to stay far away.

I first came across Dotsquares when it became clear that the development company I was working with were not up to the job of finishing our complex multilingual E-commerce site that was being developed in Drupal. I had not heard of Dotsquares so took a risk. Very happy with their service and they now do all the development, SEO and hosting for www.dailystep.com. I also recommend the same team to others and will continue to do so.
