I was looking for a safe alternative to candles. These fit the bill perfectly! Plus they add a little extra interest as well... The only negative I can think of was that the battery case was a little hard to open, but that didn't affect the product's performance.

I have this draped on a fence, lit up after 1 day and they're lovely. I will use this site again. Thank you.

Product arrived about a week after ordered. It is lightweight and made from a fabric, not plastic, which is nice. The zipper is strong enough. We were putting it on a heavy memory foam mattress and at one point, it appeared that it might year, but there were four of us putting it on, so we were able to maneuver the weight and it did not. Would have preferred something a bit stronger, and am not sure how well it will hold up over time, but it's okay for now. Might be better for a lighter mattress. Seemed a bit pricey compared to others in brick and mortar stores.

They are exactly as hoped for and very attractive bath matts. We use to have a koi pond and have several pictures of the koi that I had enlarged and decorated our main bathroom with. These mats go well with our bathroom theme. Thank you.

Dot & Bo sent my order to a NJ address. When I actually live in Florida. Over 1,000 miles apart. I have been emailing their customer service since Saturday. And they refuse to rectify this problem. Since it's a major error on their part. They won't send the merchandise to the address I live. Or won't refund my money. The customer service representative is very rude via email. Probably a foreigner of course. Always customer service reps from a different country. I will never ever order anything affiliated with Dot & Bo again. And I have many friends, and family. Who already deleted their accounts, and unsubscribed from their overload of daily emails. They will also be giving Dot & Bo a bad review. I am call the Better Business Bureau also. Don't trust them with returns, refunds, or fixing any errors they make. You will get nowhere

I bought a piece of furniture from this website. The amount I agreed to pay was $996. When I got my email confirmation, I see I was charged $1059. I thought that was a mistake and didn't sweat it. It took an entire 2 weeks for the item to be sent. Part of why I ordered if from the website is that I thought I would receive it sooner than if I ordered it directly from the manufacturer (which would have saved me money). What company has a sufficiently dysfunctional website to tell someone they are paying a certain amount at checkout only to charge them more later? I called my credit card company to report fraud. Do NOT buy from Dot & Bo if you don't want to lose sleep over it.
