I ordered a gift for my little girl on the 3rd of February with guaranteed delivery before Valentines Day. I was messaged the next day saying my package was being processed. I received another email from this company on the 13th at 7:30 PM saying that my order would not be delivery till after the 14th. On the 19th i received another email saying my order was just now processed. It took this company 16 days to process a simple order for 2 items. There are a million places to buy these item on the internet, I would suggest you use a different company unless you like waiting a month to receive your items.
Silk robes here at DOR is as good as their roses. Love the texture, very smooth on my skin. The delivery was super fast too.

There are a lot of options to choose from here at Dose of Roses. My favorite would be the 0ersuede collection sonce I like how classy they look in person.

Love my obsidian roses a lot, they were the most beautiful ones I have seen so far. The qualitt is good and the services are comparably okay. Two thumbs up.

Ordered Feb 2 was promised delivery one Feb 14 (Valentines day)
Was not told the order was shipped
Put in a ticket to be ignored for multiple days
Put in another Ticket no communication from the support/staff
Items shipped Today Feb 18 4 days after i needed them!
Still No communication with the Staff or any Customer Service!
Ordered my rose for my girlfriend on 2-12-2020. I paid $40 for overnight shipping and $9 for rushed processing. Today is 2-18-2020 and I still don't have it. They won't send me updates or contact me back. I have sent multiple emails. Please don't use this company if it really is a company.

I placed an order on February 7th in time for Valentine's day. I have yet to receive my order but I did get an email response after waiting 2 days for shipping information that never came. They gave me a discount of 15 dollars on my next purchase, with an excuse that they are under staffed. I responded with I will never do business with your company again, I need a refund... It's now February 17th and no email response, no product, and no refund. Not even a mention of anything. This company are thieves and I just got off the phone with my bank for a fraud case with them.
