I received my bear covered in glue not to mention I did NOT receive the beautiful display box that they advertise. My bear was thrown in a box with bubble wrap and a black bow around the neck. Spent money for expedited shipping and received my order a week later. This company has the worst customer service. I made numerous attempts to reach out with no response. They delete all the negative reviews on social media and ignore their paying customers.

After placing and purchasing my order of a half dozen Galaxy roses on February 1st, this company promised my order would be delivered before Valentine's day, however as the holiday approached and I hadn't received my order, I emailed the support team about tracking the package and I never received a response. A week later after Valentine's day I sent another email expressing my disappointment as well as requesting a full refund, and still I hadn't received a response, not a solution to the problem, not a concerning message, not even an apology. Just ignored. Overall this has been the worst customer service I've experienced, ever. Even as I write this review I still haven't received my flowers, a refund, nor a response to my issue from this company. I feel scammed. - Very unhappy customer
I paid $12 to add customized card. They did not include the card and the receiver of my order had no idea it was from me and it arrived a day late. I have contacted customer services twice without a response. I get daily texts and emails from them as advertisements asking me to spend more money but I haven't received the money back that the company owes me.
It is such a plus that DOR have such fancy packaging's, I love every detail they put into their orders. The delivery is fast and reliable as well.

Doesn't look like advertisement the rose I received has all white lights not multi colored like the advertisement all the lights are clumped together on one side not like the advertisement they don't care. If you remove it from the box then you can't return it you don't know what it looks like unless you take it out of the box they don't stand behind there product and falsely advertise there product if you buy from these guys don't expect it to look like there advertisement
