The laundry bag should have like at least a zipper I can close and the hamper is hard to keep closed because the top keeps slipping off.
I am a touchy type of person so buying this online for my son for college i was a little hesitant. Boy was I glad i ordered this. So super heavy and soft and the color was great. It is called a coma inducer and they are right.
Sent comforter back on Thursday 7/25 and expect it to reach dormco by Wednesday 7/30. They told me my new comforter would be sent to me as soon as they received my exchange. Waiting to see how that turns out before I can give an accurate review.
I love everything, all of the colors matched what was on the website. I can't really explain how excited I am to use all of the stuff in my college dorm.
Quality seems great. The color is off from online though. It has s lighter than the photo and more pinkish.

Amazon buyers beware, they will not refund the total amount paid. My daughter used her Graduation money to purchase the Over the Bed Shelving. When the packages showed up damaged, I had to work directly with Dorm Co (not Amazon) to get the damaged item returned. This was not simple, I had to supply pictures including a reason, several emails back and forth. I asked to have a new box sent to return the items, no response. After using bubble wrap and cardboard to fashion the box back together I shipped it off. Roughly 7 business days later I received a refund, less $30. For the last several weeks I have been emailing Dorm Co, with no success. All I get back is " it's their return policy". The product arrived damaged, I was not able to wait for replacement parts. Why would I pay $30 for a damaged product that I sent back. I contacted Dorm Co promptly, they did not explain in any of the pre shipping email conversations that I would not receive a full refund. I asked to speak with upper management, the answer was no.
Also not one of the items my daughter purchased had instructions. I had to request them. They sent via email, pdf. Please remember these items are for a dorm. Our young adults heading off to school to start their life need all the instruction they can get. Can you imagine the surprise for the parents on this stressful move in day, finding out there are no instructions?
I will not purchase another item from Dorm Co, I will not recommend them. With so many options out there, spend your money with a more reputable company that stands by their products 100%. Here is the list of employees that would not help me: Ruth, Taylor, Heather, Dawn and Magen.

The first shelf I received was so badly damaged from the shipment, I had to send it back because I was worried about the wood being damaged. However, I called and explained and they sent me another, no questions asked and it arrived 2 days later in better condition.

We bought the DormCo 44 bundle for my daughters college freshman dorm room. The price for the bundle could not be beat anywhere (if trying to purchase items individually)! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the products and materials were soooo nice! A definite great buy for on-line shopping and not having to go to multiple stores! I highly recommend DormCo. It was a little tricky selecting the items in the bundle. We simply opened a separate browser to look at the different comforters, towels, sheets, etc options. This method helped us make the selections in our bundle order. So much time saved in getting daughter ready for college.
Great buy. This would be a great addition to any dorm room. It takes up little space and will be perfect when one needs to get out of his desk chair.
Very nice! We got all the items we ordered in only a few short days. All the items were in great condition with no damage at all. We were scared that they were gonna be soaked since they were put out in the rain by they were just fine! Other than that, no problems here!
These people (DormCo and BYourBed) are a nightmare to deal with and their stuff is cheap and toxic. I wonder if I'll ever get my money back.
