Just got my order and completely in shock, I payed 64.00 for a pizza Extreemly thin cris and chicken bits the size of a quarter. SMH I'll never order again

This please has continued to let me down. Last time they took two hours to deliver and this time I can't even continue with my order becUsr their website is down. DO BOT ORDER FROM ALLENTOWN PA

First and LAST friggin time I will EVER go to Dominos Pizza. Ordered plain chicken, Mediterranean sandwich add grilled chicken, and plain tater tots... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WITH CHEESE. Twenty Three dollars later... order is ready. Plain chicken is NOT so plain... it's covered in cheese! Took it back in store and said please tell me this is not cheese. Said it's not gonna kill me but I'll be doubled over in pain. Says this is an idem that can't be made without cheese. What? Said would make it without cheese! Told em I've never been to Dominos before and I'll never be again. Said ok. I said that's all you're gonna say? I said y'all suck as I walked out the door. What a friggin joke. I for one, am NOT laughing

188-07 Union Turnpike Fresh Meadows.This is by far the worst pizza I've ever $#*!ing had. Six pieces of dry, cold, no extra cheese like I ordered... And for $41.90? Out of your goddamn mind. Be lucky if I ever order Domino's again with this kind of bull$#*!... I would have to be high as hell. If I could get my money back on this I definitely would let me tell you.

Walked in to 30 rd. Store in grand Junction Co. To buy 2 tater tot pizzas. Was told 20/25 minutes. 40 min and three lies later I got something I wouldn't feed to pigs. After 15+ years I'm done

There are 2 stores less than 10 minutes to 15 minutes away, won't deliver online. I can't drive, but they advertise delivery. I. In fl, in NC, they're over 20 minutes away and delivery. Not here, but advertise it. Pathetic!. On to Wicked pizza place that's 25 minutes away and will deliver. Domino's just doesn't get it.

On2/25 I was out of town visit sick friend.we wanted a pizza so I o looked for one who delivered dominos smith st Perth amboy.i ordered one large supreme no mushrooms extra ch.what I got a hour and 15 minutes later was two pizzas before I could look at them driver snatched my money and ran.didnt offer change so I could give him a tip.i looked at the pizzas that was not what we ordered.was totally embarrassing and I've called manager multiple times telling him I didn't want his credits and I want my money back and he says I have credits he gave me his regional managers number and that jerk said it is too late.I said wait a minute.it was only 3 days ago and I told ya I live in VA credits to my phone in NJ are useless to me I need my cash back well here I sit he won't answer his phone and only thing I can think of is he needs deliver my pizzas to VA from NJ.smh horrible experience.never order dominos in smith street New Jersey folks

When you order you get a coupon for 3 dollars off. Then you have to order again in the same week. So in order to get 3 dollars off you have to make 2 orders. This is low sneaky it should not be a loud. Stop trying to trick people just because your food sucks.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with lite sauce and a regular pizza with normal sauce and I asked them to please write gf on the gf box and to call before they got here but they didn't call didn't write gf on my box and it was not lite sauce thankfully my husband can have gf or regular cause he had to try both because I have bad issues with gluten and with the sauce that's why I asked for lite sauce and for them to write gf and to call I hope that all the Domino's pizza go out of business at least the one in Blackfoot Idaho why do they say they are going to do what you ask but they don't then when I called them to let them know they was very rude and said that I didn't say that even though it says that on my receipt on what I wanted.

For a national pizza chain, I would consider the food to be OK, but their service sucks! I like that they can actually get the thin crust to come out crunchy, where most restaurants thin crust come out soggy in the middle. My biggest problem is that 90% of the time I have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get my pizza and that's carry out! Now, if I can only find a different pizza place that can make a crunchy thin crust? I live in Goshen, IN.

Called in an order for the $7.99 carryout. The lady on the phone said $16 and some change and hung up. When we got there I said I think I was charged for 2 it's always been $8.65. She said that's if I apply the coupon. I said we ordered stating we wanted the $7.99 carry-out. She asked if I wanted to apply it now. I said yes that's been the point. It was now $12. I said that's still not right. She argued saying we ordered 4 toppings. It was a large pepperoni with half Jalapenos and half pineapple. That's 2 since one topping is only on half and the other is only on half. I told her to cancel it that's the price and we would order something else. The guy was cutting it and closing the box top at this point. I was bringing up their coupons when the manager yelled for them to make us a plain pepperoni. I told them to wait while I look up things. She didn't. I asked for the manager and surprise, she was the manager. The rudest person I've spoken to in a long time. This was the first time I've been in dominoes in over a year. The rude people made sure I won't be back. There are to many good places to get pizza in Lubbock to deal with people like this. I took a picture of the manager on my way out.

I think is not at all good but badddd pizza if not the worse and the service what a joke. I do not know how they are in business.

Received food that was not cooked completely. I called store asking for manager. I attempted to explain my situation and he got defensive that he made/cooked the product so he knew it was cooked correctly. By his remarks, he was calling me a liar. Then, I asked for the District Manager and he said he was that also. I express how upset I was and he told me that he owns the 4 locations. He made it clear that he didn't care if I ever ordered from Domino's because we are the largest pizza chain in the US. The manager did the following;
1. Immediately offensive
2. Dismissive
3. Rude
4. Claim he owned the 4 locations in the area, and didn't need to worry because they are the largest pizza chain in the US.
5. Claimed he would give a refund, but have not seen anything yet.
6. I have been ordering pizza from this location since 2015 (at least based on the online record)

On 02/12 I ordered Dominoes and it was sour. The yeast Dominoes used to make the pizza was sour. Please do not ever trust Dominoes because it is a lie.

Ordered pizza online to pickup at the store, Got to the store at least 5 minutes after the app said the pizza was ready. Presses the "I'm here going inside" in the app, got inside and ask for the pizza the women said you have to wait I'm too busy and Im here my myself and if you have a problem let the owner know. All this time the pizza was sitting there next to her, all she had to do is hand it to me but she did no and made wait. This nasty attitude should not be allow.

BLUE RIDGE GA DOMINOS- UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, took 2 hours for order online said 57 mins max; when I called for answers- I was lied to-given 2 stories in a matter of 30 minutes. After food finally delivered I called was hung up on; followed driver back to store to discuss so no one could hang up on me- I was PATRONIZED and threatened for being angry then made to pay or return food after being CUSSED and DISRESPECTED by an employee when I asked for his name I was told told I couldn't have it because he was off the clock even though said employee was in uniform, behind the counter, disrespecting me and on domino's property. Shift manager I was able to get a name of Joseph Underwood, "Eric and Amy". I have yet to receive a call from store manager about this! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. GO PAY EXTRA ELSEWHERE AND GET TREATED WITH RESPECT THAN TO GO THERE!

I place an order with dominos pizza in Ellenwood only to have it delivered to the wrong address and I am out the money and pizza my phone my debit card all have one address and yet they got it wrong or they delivered it to one of their friends but I never got it and when I trying to call all they did was hang up the phone on me lousy crooks that's what they are as for all my veterans friends please void this dominos pizza pizza in Ellenwood they will take your money and hang up the phone on u if you try to communicate with them they are up to no good never will I do business with any dominos pizza crooks my fellow veterans stop going there. It's for your own good

I completed and online order January 11 2023 I inadvertantly ordered a pizza from the Mountain Veiw CA store in error. I was in Cypress TX at the time. I TRYIED CALL the Mountain veiw Store for hours total 10 call no answer however some calls did go to the call center which they could not help. No one answered my calls or even return them. Call Domino's so call Customer support spoke with a guy explain my story, then he indicated they would get with the store and refund the monies charged. There has been no follow through,no one to contact at domino support just a vouce mail used the Bot for a return call nothing...no call or response. Ive waste so much time on this which has lead me to write poor reveiw all over the internet and tell as many freinds as possable. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I order my pizza around 9pm and they refused my order because they didn't have driver's even though they close at midnight. Rather than delivering my pizza later they just canceled my order
