We ordered 2 cheese pizzas for outer son from domino's pizza on ******* collier blvd in Naples Florida. The pizzas were just disgusting and not edible. I called the store the manager was just as disgusting and refused to acknowledge the pizzas was bad. Posting pictures for all.

I used 60 points for a free medium pizza and bought two more. It totaled 34 dollars. I could of gotten all three for 28 if I would of used no points. It costed me to use rewards points. I contacted them and they tried justifying the mistake instead of fixing it. Terrible website. The oak Island location is no better than the website. CROOKS!

And the last time I bought food from they had my whole order wrong so they promised to give me a free order and then when I go up there, they said they don't know nothing about it so then I pay again and this is what I got how gross and nasty they need to shut the $#*! down

Food I got sick I don't like the service did not want to help I wanted a refund they wanted to give me replacement.

Downtown Newnan Ga Dominos has to be the absolute worst pizza place in town. No help and bad service. I will take my business else where from now on.

On May 26,2023, I ordered a medium-sized, two-topping pizza from the Hillsboro, Ohio location. I've ordered from them several times and was usually happy with what I received. On their website, you can choose how much sauce you want on your pizza, and I ALWAYS order "light", but this time I received NO sauce. I ended up throwing the pizza away. Their hand-tossed crust was supposed to be their usual crust, (buttery, and garlic), but the crust I received was plain with no taste at all. The crust is one of my favorites and I was very disappointed. I attempted to call the manager that night, but after holding for five minutes, I hung up.

Food was stale. The Domino's Staffers hates it when you pay cash and you don't tip them either. The ingredients don't taste fresh. But the worst of it all is the cursing and swearing at customers... I hate Domino's now. Besides, I found an even better place to get my food anyways.
No more Domino's!

Dominos at Nell Jean Square in Beckley WV has surpassed any pizza delivery that we've had in ages. Pizza came in on time and the pizzas are delicious. They didn't skimp on the toppings and the man that answered the phone was very patient and helpful. 5 out of 5 stars.

Smh... I ordered my grandkids Pizza we waited about 42 min... Instead of pizza the driver brought me tater tots with veggies on it...so I called I was very nice the manager gets on the phone tells me she'll just send my money back. They didn't mess my order up the driver did never offered me a pizza or apology she was very nasty for no reason.
Had I known they had two stars out of five and read the reviews I would have never ate there...it's not about a pizza around $15 it's the principal she never gave me my money back or a pizza I'm fighting to get my money back now unbelievable... Think twice before order from Domino's on springs road.

I have recently gone to Domino's Pizza store number 30 06 in Farmington Maine the service was friendly fast and they were very accommodating I will keep going there thank you so much for putting a Domino's Pizza in our little town

I ordered a pizza and they made it incorrectly. I'm a vegetarian as meat makes me sick but they had added pepperoni. I called for a redo and asked if I should bring the incorrect pizza back and they said no. When I returned to pick up the pizza they collectively lied and gaslit my fiancé and I that they didn't make or cut a pizza with pepperoni and the guy who picked up our call lied to his coworkers saying he didn't tell us no. This experience happened today and ruined dominos for me forever. A mistake is fine but lying and gaslighting people is unbelievable and these people need to be retrained.

I don't do reviews because honestly I'm fat and lazy. With that being said Colby at the battlefield location in Va on 4/28/23 was on point. The pizza was good but my bacon/jalapeño cheese bread was perfect. It didn't look like it was thrown in a frier. 3 mths and finally EVERYTHING I ordered was good. Thx Colby

This cheap pizza, with fake cheese gave me severe diarrhea and now i'm dehydrated on the toilet, fighting for my life.

Had the pleasure of placing an order at this hell hole of a dominoes today. Employees would not honor my coupon. After not taking my coupon they said, "am I going to order or not". Rude Carribean by the name of Jaclyn served me. They have garbage sitting around, don't clean the food stations between making pepperoni and regular pizzas. No hair nets worn and want to murmur in the back when making the pizzas. I would give zero stars if I could. Manager is named Ashrad. I am going to make more negative reviews on this store on any online review sources because dominoes continues to go downhill. This is store 3259 in Poinciana Florida. My order number was 31. After they asked if I was going to order or not I asked for cheese sticks and they corrected me and asked if I meant cheesy bread, knowing exactly what I meant. I told them after I ordered at this point not even because I wanted the food but to leave a negative review. Thanks Dominoes for being thrash at this point.

I order a thin crust pizza for delivery, got the wrong pizza, call store to report female attendant was cold and state sorry I cannot help you and no Manger or supervisor is available to talk to you. This is the worse costumer service I have come across my many years shopping with Domino pizza. I live in BC and this is in calgary NW 1050 centre st. Never ever go to this store they will let you suffer snd die for hunger, no empathy, poor customer service.

My wife and I finally decided to try New Loaded Tot offering. We waited with anticipation for the two choices that we made- Cheddar Bacon and Philly Cheese Steak. They consisted of under-crisp tots that were wholly unappetizing. The quality was extremely subpar and flavorless. Not anywhere close to a quality offering. An unpleasant experience to say the least.

I got a Domino's pizza and it was tasteless very poor quality, little Caesar's has more toppings for less price.
Will not buy again. Because the system requires it I give one start but don't count with it; I'm giving you 5 black starts.

2 days ago I had the worst pizza ever from domino's. I usually like my pizza. But I waited for them so they were fresh. I drove all but 4 minutes to my house to be disappointed that there was little to none cheese on both pizzas. 2 days ago... as you can tell I'm still bothered. I think they just lost me.
