The system was saying No client account was found with the email address you entered. I contacted them again and again. They told me they sent the information of my server to an other client with a similar mail address with me. I was saying them I am not him. This is not my mail@. They blocked me. I had all my customers in that server. They never but never understood that I was the owner of that services. I had no access at client are to renew my hosting plan. They thought I was an other similar mail account. There is safety. They do not keep backup. I wait a whole month to open a ticket but they block me. They give access to someone else that I do not know him!

I purchased hosting and a. CO.UK domain name with this company and started the process of transferring my domain name from Go Daddy over to them. However, I was informed that this company cannot accommodate. CO.UK domain names and when I requested a refund they have since ignored all my contact attempts.

I have sent multiple emails and raised tickets without a response. Never even got a response to my formal complaint.

Stay well away from this outfit, they are scammers!

I am now taking this up with trading standards.
