Horrible customer service! You will wait and wait for someone to chat with. Then they can't help you- No refunds for wrongfully charged amounts. No customer service number to call- Don't do business with them never!
Super frustrating that I cannot get ONE login for ALL my domains. I have bought a bunch of domains and they are all separate user names. I have to dig through emails to try and find them all. It would be nice if it was all tied to my emai.
The notifications of expiring domains are good, but it is not then obvious as how to cancel (rather than renew) domain names. That seems to follow other sites that intentionally make it difficult to opt out of subscriptions. Not a consumer friendly approach
One of my domain just disappeared from the panel! And the chat is not helping at all, they treating me like I'm creazy "just wait 24 to 48 hours to DNS to propagate..." I'm telling them, it's not that, it's something else! The domain just fricking disappeared from the list of my domains!

My domain registration name is uptv.site! Although I tried many times to follow your instruction to build my sited, it happened everything is unmoved. I cannot start to do anything & activate after I purchased your design package! Just tell me why it happened like this.

Very bad experience every time on site. Can never login and then have to reset password and then once on, there is little to no information on building a bebsite, no descriptions or instuctions. I get nowhere! Deciding if I need to go to another website to build my business website.
domain.com is an absolute disaster! Their services are a complete joke. Their website is outdated, confusing, and frustrating to navigate. It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age!
Their customer support? Oh boy, don't even get me started! They never respond in a timely manner, and when they do, it's just a bunch of automated, useless responses. It's like talking to a brick wall!
And let's not forget about their pricing. It's ridiculously high for the subpar quality they provide. They're clearly just trying to squeeze every penny out of unsuspecting customers. Greedy much?
If i want to spend money there is no problem with the site. If i want to manage existing accounts there is no quick way to find the information.
Not bad. As I was defeated by Whole Foods "Palm" checkout and by Amazon package return today, and by GODADDY... at least this signup WORKED.
The building cite thing is so hard to navigate, waste of money

I'm confused as to the next steps. It briefly states it takes 24 hours to set up, but there is no overall explanation of the process. I'd like the system to update me on progress of setup.
