Received mystery bill, unable to locate on account. Only have a chat method no ability to call.
I purchase my domain and email account. And am unable to add additional email accounts.
I need to cancel these three domains, and you are making it more complicated than you need to. Will NEVER use or recommend your service again.

It said that the domain was available but switched it to another domain in the cart and then charged me for a domain I didn't put in my cart, had to go back and buy the domain i wanted, so far its been awful

I bought my domain and the google workspace subscription and need to set up the email immediately. I have tried to set up the email on the site and it just keeps prompting me to purchase it again. Now I've been waiting to chat with an agent and have not gotten a response.

I just got a email that said Sitassuperfoods.com needed to verify. I clicked link to Domain.com from my email and then it seems I have an Sitassuperfoods.online domain.now. Am I misunderstanding something?

I just created domain and paid for google workspace at the same time but when I clicked "start setup" for google workspace it wanted to charge me again?

Over c harged me and i still didnt get what i need they charged me for 2 domain names when i only need 1

I'm currently unable to access my google workspace which is causing me to lose $$ and time. The help team has not offered any help but to escalate the "request." they also said that there is a massive influx of complaints that mine is queued behind. Seems to be a problem across the board with the service. Buyer beware. Going to register a complaint w the ftc and bbb to make sure they are investigated.
