Slow, messy and buggy, doesn't give me a sense of security about my identity online.
I paid good money to begin a design and the very first "enter" i hit resulted in "technical difficulties we're working to resolve the issue quickly." That was my very first experience with the site. I hope it gets better from here.
I am trying to use the domain I purchased hours ago on a different site and can't get any help- no one answers the phone, it's a bot in the chat with zerio help. Wish I could just get the domain away and use a different service, I'd even just eat the fees I paid.
I did not get what I thought I was purchasing and you get a bot like chat which is not help in resolving the issue. I feel this site is a fraud.
I wish GoDaddy.com would let us set up a.com through their site and not a 3rd party… Transferring stuff and setting up my website email on GoDaddy is a pain.

Being asked to complete survey again after already doing it. Creating a domain and finding it has a whole bunch of dns entries with no explanation of what they are or how they got there.
I just want a business email address and this is about as messed up as I have ever seen. 1 star

Domain allows known website squatters/grabbers register names that have previously been in use. These website squatters (such as GODaddy LLC) then exploit legitimate registrations by charging extortionate rates (between $1,000 to $5,000 plus fake broker fees considering the website is actually registered with them) to release the domain name. It is disappointing. And it left Jitesh in a position where he was not able to help or offer any empathy. Domain must do more to stop name grabbers like GoDAddy.

Paid for google workspace through domains.com, but now being asked to sign up for a plan when accessing google workspace.
