I registered 2 domains several days ago. They are still pending, although this was supposed to take up to 24 hours only. No communication from your side.
Some continuing(!) technical problems with active domains falsely appearing as inactive in your interface. Crazy stuff. I'm also unhappy with your recent domain renewal price increases.

Platform is flakey with many bugs. My business (eventscape.io) is currently totally offline because the domain failed to renew properly. Major overhauls and new quality control procedures are required to get this platform to an acceptable level of stability.
I'm not familiar with technical terms. More examples would be helpful!
I didn't see the option to set privacy on transferring my domains.

I wanted to make site worth Wordpress builder after series of rejection from google for domain Ive bought here, google won't recognise me as a domain owner, your bot sent me text where that is confirmed instead of link where to paste html code from google for validation.
When login into the account needs to take a long time, and sometimes will doesn't work also. After renewing the domain, very difficult to get an official receipt or invoice, when I want to print it out from the transaction list didn't show the name. At the beginning easy to use, but after your platform was upgraded, everything is user-unfriendly. Especially the invoice part.

I'm lost and don't see any help that applies to my issue. I purchased Wordpress, but don't see how to download and use it. Very frustrating.
Nothing works so far, I've had to have assistance with everything. I get logged out everytime I try to start building a site. My log in info didn't work, my email didn't work. Everyone that has been assisting have been very helpful. But super frustrating.
