My account got locked out right after I purchased it and I had to go through web chat and wait for them to unlock it.
I would have given 5 stars, however, I have to reset my password each time I want to access my control panel. I write my passwords down and keep them in a secure place. This lets your whole site down
It is too cumbersome to reset every time you want to go through your web domain listings
I keep needing to redo the password I'm on the 4th one it seems silly
I have terrible experience with Domain.com where they obviously sell or share my filling and ordering data (email and our telephone number) with a large number of worldwide companies where every day many of them call us whole day and offering to us website development etc, and every time new company and new number. Terrible experiance.
I'm being inundated with people wanting to develop websites and software because there is no privacy on. Us domain registration. You should warn users of this.

When trying to update the info to publish my site your platform was confusing, and not very 'novice friendly' compared to others.
Its still very hard to use cos i really need it to be publicly shown can its still hard to use it in another website
Much much smoother than GoDaddy or google domains, easier to use and offers more features

I can't even get my website to work since transferring it here! It keeps saying that my domain isn't pointing to domain.com, and I tried to point it and it's not working. You guys need to make things easier for people to understand

Website has been nice, but too many technical problems that require updating that you experts should automatically do for us but expect me to fix with little knowledge of experience to do.
