To be honest I see a lot of the horrible reviews on here. First of all, most are people who live outside the USA. Second to answer the comments complaining on customer service. Companies like Dolls kill state they do not refund money they do not accept exchanges yadda yadda yadda. Third people complaining about receiving packages that are not correct usually means bad warehouse employees. The Messaging system on facebook is not the place to bombard them with questions and complaints it is a social media team not customer service. Sure you can ask simple questions but if you have an issue you need to get on your phone and call them and speak to a human calmly. Anyways I ordered White Platform Sneakers and I love them! They add an extra kick to my outfits and are a fun statement piece. People saying they were out of stock it states that when you go to order next to the sizes. I guess companies like dolls kill is a hit or miss for people it works for some and others it doesn't but we need to lower our standards when ordering from the internet! Yes its pricey then look elsewhere for those items!

It was my first time ordering from them. I ordered over $200 worth of items... which is not much for the prices on this site. However, the package was never delivered. I had to reach out to them and they told me it had returned to them. Thanks for that info, Dolls Kill! They were very prompt after that in giving me store credit. I bought new items including some additional items and received them quickly. Decided not to keep some of the shoes because they did not fit. This is when I discovered that they do not supply prepaid shipping and that falls on your dime. I take the items to the post office and they inform me the cheapest I can send it for is $40. $40! I call Dolls Kill and that's when I find out I don't even get my money back for the items. I get store credit. Why in the hell would I want to order more items from you? It's all different brands, therefore fits and sizes are going to vary. So, I'm supposed to just continue ordering and paying to return until I finally hit the fit jackpot? $#*! off. I bought a lot of those items on clearance. So, I took them to a second hand store and got my money back and then some. Don't bother with this store. I'll stick with my Nasty Gal and ASOS thank YOU very much.

I live in Australia and I've never had a problem with shopping on dolls kill and I will definitely shop with there again. All the product has fitted really well And I've always had really quick email responses that answer the questions with issues I'm having. (even on weekends)... BUTTTT I do fink dat da site needz 2 clean up der language when responding 2 emailzz. It isn't dat reassuring when questions involving ya' money or ya' lost parcel R bein' answered lyk dissss!

Also allow for at least 14 working days shipping to Australia even though the site advised 4-to-9 working days

A few months ago I bought some shoes from the website. They were in the sale section (no wonder, they turned out to have some cheap a** quality). The price now was at 90$ + intl. Shipping+Customs Duty. Most espensive shoes I ever got! When I got them they had bumps on top that didn't go away to this day, also after wearing them the second time, part of the sole ripped off.
So I wrote the customer service.
Their style to write back is their CI, I understand that, but when it's about my purchase and my money it gets serious for me, so when they wrote back I always had a feeling of no respect for the customer.
This came back: "Hey Babe! I'm so sorry to hear about the condition of your boots! Can you send a pic? We don't accept returns of worn items but we will see what we can do! <3 "
Long story short, after a long long conversation (they don't always answer your messages, so keep spaming: I always had to ask when I would finally get any answer to my mail, THEN I would get one) They gave me a store credit about 29$, WITHOUT free shipping. But the customer service is horrible, slow and does not answer your mails for sure. You have to take your time to deal with these BABES.
I had a difficult situation with a similar shop (UNIF), but they gave me a full refund plus a 30 % discount code including free shipping.

I personally LOVE Dollskill. I noticed a lot of these reviews are terrible, yet I have never had a problem shopping with Dollskill. Their shipping speed is extraordinary, free shipping when over the specified amount (which is easy to reach when they're so goddamn expensive), and the items always look as they do in the pictures. Plus, the styles are super unique.I noticed reading the bad reviews it had a lot to do with shipping outside of the US and returns. My advice? Be prepared to be a little spendy with this website, and always order the next size up from your usual. That way, if it does end up being to big, it can easily be altered. Whereas if it's too small, there's nothing you can do, and you will have to deal with the apparently terrible customer service.

I attempted to buy a shirt and a pair of socks off this website and it wouldn't let me! I tried multiple times until I couldn't anymore. I was so frustrated with it that I had to give up. I loved the shirt and socks but it's just not worth having to go through such a horrible process that wouldn't work. It was probably for the better after reading these other comments. I will not be attempting to buy anything from here again. Dolls kill suck.

In order to send this out to you we need to see a photo copy of an ID (preferably government issued) and a photo copy of the card you used. (front and back) If you are not comfortable showing all the numbers on the front of the card you can cover up all the digits except for the last four. Asking for a copy of the reverse side of my credit card, which contains the confidential information was weird. How was the payment processed if the information I provided did not match with the information the bank had on file? I told them to cancel the order, which they did and the amount was refunded. I lost 10$ for nothing on bank exchange rates.

Accepting payment without confirming shipping was unprofessional. So far I have never had an online seller asking for more information after receiving payment."

I cant believe it, reading the reviews here, this company has done the exact same thing to me. They advertised free international shipping which would be delivered in 4-9 days, so I placed an order. Two weeks later I had received nothing. DHL their shipping provider, told me that the item had been electronically labelled to be shipped yet Dolls Kill had not even given them the item. After numerous very expensive phone calls, emails, fb messages they finally responded and lied and said DHL was "being slow" then a few days later after more unanswered messages i was told it was out of stock and would be given store credit I repeatedly told them I didn't even want! They lied, DHL had never even received the item, the tracking proves this

DO NOT Shop at dolls kill, at least not if you live in a country other that the U.S... They charged me 25$ for shipping and said it would arrive in three days time, on Friday. On Friday it hadn't arrived and when I tracked the package it said that a "delivery exception" had occurred. It stayed like that a few days. I contacted them and they said that It was prob at my local post office... It was at the Fed-Ex facility at the airport :/ The package didn't arrive and I kept emailing the, and they didn't answer, and when they did they couldn't give me any
Useful info. Then, a week later, Fed-Ex called saying that it would arrive tomorrow (a week later than expected) and that I had to pay 23$ tax! (That was NOT cited on the website. In total I ended up paying nearly 50$ extra for a product that was a week late, and for bad custommer service. I, personally, had a really bad experience shopping with them. Do not recommend if you need something soon, or if you live Interntionally.

The first time I ordered from Dolls Kill they informed me that they didn't have the item I had ordered, it was out of stock. I'm not sure why the website said it was in stock but it was fine that I didn't receive my order because they refunded me. Though I wasn't that happy about it.

Second time I ordered from Dolls Kill they again informed me that they had run out of one of the items I had ordered. Once again they refunded me the full price so that was alright, just disappointing. I live outside the US so I somewhat expected this package to take a while. I didn't expect it to get to a month and two weeks later and still not have what I had ordered. I emailed them and was informed that DHL had lost my package. After reading other peoples reviews I'm not sure if DHL lost my package or it was never shipped in the first place (them never shipping it is likely because the 'track package' option never worked.) Hopefully I will be refunded but I have honestly not had a single good experience with Dolls Kill.
