For each return i have to track them down and ask them to send me my store credit ( they don t refund). You pay for the returns and have to have it tracked and they always fail to send you a credit if you don't nag them. AVOID

Fraud Company

Purchased a Ragged Priest pink leather Jacket 300 dollars and received it fast but it was not the jacket in the picture was cheaply made a knock off and made of cheap material that smells like plastic has marks on it was a bomber jacket and was 2 sizes to small not measured properly. I can only get store credit now and for what to buy more fraudulent knock off cheaply made items that only slightly if even that resemble the pics they have on there website. What a big loss I got robbed for real it sucks! Is that even legal to sell fake items like that. How can you say something is a designer real leather jacket and charge so much then send something totally different and rip people off! So just take your chances.

Could've been much worse

Ordered y. R. u. Platforms during their black friday sale because, surprisingly, they were nearly half retail price (~$66 vs. ~$100). Received confirmation right away, shipped right after the holiday weekend, received the tracking number, no problems so far. But i'm very paranoid about my packages and i track shipping closely and when usps said they were delivered, i got no package. I gave it a few more days since they were being shipped to a college campus and sometimes it takes a few days for the post office to deliver packages to the campus office. A few days turned into close to two weeks where every call i made i was told "wait a few more days because i'm sure they'll show up." then i see a change in the tracking and my shoes are being returned to the sender. I call dolls kill again to explain the situation, and the lady i talked to was super nice about it; she offered to put in a note to re-ship it out once they received it, and when i said i was going home in a few days for winter break and they couldn't send it to the same address, she put in a note to re-ship to my billing/home address. I called them twice more asking about my package the next two weeks after that and they said their returns department was very backed up. The lady who picked up the second time i called was the same one who did all the re-shipping business and even gave me a date their returns department was working on, saying that they should process my package the next day, the day before christmas eve, based on when the tracking said they'd received it (the returns department was about 2 weeks behind the current date at that time!). And lo and behold, i finally got my shoes 2 days after christmas. They'd even re-shipped my package with free 2-day shipping.

So overall, i would say i'm annoyed that my package took me over a month to deliver when i live in the united states, but their customer service was pretty great and i did eventually get my shoes, which were in a branded y. R. u. Box and high quality with y. R. u. Branding. It was quite an anxiety-inducing experience and i'm not sure why i couldn't get them on campus the first time when i'd received other packages before but i'm super happy with my shoes and their customer service line was quite helpful.

I purchased four sunglasses on Cyber Monday. One of my items had chipped paint and crooked. Another was obviously not an new, unused item. The rest of them were good. I emailed customer service and sent them pictures. They told me that if I decided to keep the two sunglasses, they would give me 30% discount toward my account. I have decided to keep one of the sunglasses and returned the another one (why would I want to keep a broken item)? They told me that they don't do refund, store credit only.

There are my points:
1. Doll Kill has a very strict return policy. They accept UNUSED/UNOPENED items only. Many of the items aren't even returnable. Why some of the items I received were used and broken? I am OK if they accept used item, and I ended up receiving an used or broken item. Lets be fair OK? Their return policy protects them, not the customers. This is why I don't buy any cosmetic products from them.
2. Store credit only! Are you serious? I want to get my refund because I have received a defective item, and Doll Kill could not give me my money back. I need to pay my the return shipping too. I don't want your stupid store credit because I won't shop at Doll Kill any more.

I shipped my package two weeks ago, still have not receive any news nor store credit. I will keep my fingers crossed. They have many cool items, but please beware of their return policy and buy at your own risks.

Dollskill is OK c:

My experience with Dollskill was utterly positive!
I live outside of US - but the shipping still has been pretty fast. I placed my order on Sunday, on Tuesday I received tracking number and after 12 days i received my package (it is super fast 'cause usually shipments from US takes about 20 days). Also I don't know much about issue with quality - I ordered things of the brand that I'm familiar with. The quality is nice and everything fits perfectly.
So, I recommend you to chose items carefully. Everything else about dollskill is fine!

This was my first time buying anything from this site. I bought 14 items on black friday for $408 which was a super good deal compared to their normal prices. I'd never be able to afford anything on their site otherwise so I took advantage of this. They sent me an email confirming my order. I never got an email for a tracking number so I contacted them. They sent me a few emails which ended up in my spam saying they needed a photo ID confirmation to make sure it was me. By the time I was able to respond they had already refunded everything and told me in order to get my stuff I'd have to re order everything again online and I won't get the black friday deal anymore. Most of the stuff I had originally bought have already sold out. They take FOREVER to respond, give me short unhelpful answers. I'm not even going to re order anything because it'd be twice as much.

The boots I purchased are just good enough but the fabric quality of the clothes is horrible, just horrible. The price are way too high for what it is. Very disappointed. I can't believe I spent so much money for that.

On Black Friday 2016, I took advantage of the Dolls Kill sale. I used this opportunity to purchase two pairs of heels that I had been lusting over for months. Immediately after purchase, I received a confirmation with an estimated arrival date of December 2nd. However when I did not receive a package on that date, I panicked. After googling the company and reading a series of reviews, I was convinced that I had been scammed. Much to my surprise, my package arrived the next morning on December 3rd. The shoes I ordered were in great condition and true to size (photo on my *******@mereditholiviaa).

Don't always believe everything you read, and especially don't let the opinions of others impact your decision to shop at Dolls Kill.

Hello. I'm completely disappointed with this store. The worst costumer service I have ever experience. They're no interest in providing any help.
I had ordered one pair of boots, but for some reason, my order got doubled and they didn't notice this in right time (actually they have noticed it when i've already recieved it and sent them back).
I've been forced to overpay for this order to send package back to them about $70 instead of $35.
I've ordered it 14th of september, and recieved it 21th. 1'st of october I've sent back the package to them, and only almost THREE MONTHS (!), at the 5th of november they noticed it.
Them support answered me that they don't cover return shipping and venomously called me "babe".
I was completely bewildered by their supporting.
Generally, I'm totaly distressed and hardly don't recommend anyone to buy something from them.

Sent me an incorrect shoe size and didn; t want to replace it. I have been battling with them now for nearly a month still nothing- USELESS AND RUDE TEENAGERS... never again

THE WORST ONLINE SHOP

I have never been more frustrated, disappointed and unsatisfied with this website, 3/3 items I have purchased including 2 pairs and shoes and swimmer bottoms have been thrown in the bin. They are great with giving out store credits but the quality of these products make the store credit pointless as nothing I have received has been worth the money. You may receive an item that your happy with but i have receive 3 and non have been worth it.

So this review is not about the items that they sell more about their costumer service rules. It so silly that this day in age if you return you can only get store credit. Also will not give you the difference if the items goes on sale. I was thinking I could be given the difference since most stores give you the difference if the sale is with in seven days of the purchase. Called to see and they said only if its 24 hours after purchase. Also to take note of is shipping. Shipping said 2-3 days but they took 4 days to process the order. So my order will take all together 7 to 8 days depending on if there is a Sunday in there

In short, everyone, top to bottom, at this store has a terrible attitude both towards themselves, others, and the world in general. There is ZERO accountability or taking responsibility from these people. Even if they CLEARLY mess up your order, it will somehow be YOUR fault, not theirs. Even if you can PROVE that the item THEY sent was COUNTERFEIT!

They respect no one, not even themselves. These individuals are everything that is wrong with the world. I CANNOT WAIT to see them go under. We do not need this filth in the world. There are plenty of other companies you can purchase from who do not glorify or profit from racism, hatred, and self-destructive behavior. Those companies will probably differ from Dolls Kill in multiple ways, but this one will be obvious: they will treat you like a human and adult. Not a junior high enemy.

These individuals are uneducated, unintelligent, and filled with anger. I cannot say how disturbing this entire experience has been.

SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! Save yourself the heartache.

I was skeptical about ordering from this site because of the negative reviews. However, I read a few that said many of the negative reviews were from out of the states and that's why there were shipment complications. So here is what I did and what I recommend-- place your order, and text them immediately after letting them know with a screenshot of your confirmation. When I did this, I received a response within 12 hours and had an excellent customer experience. I ordered the "Midnight Bonita Bones" and it is PERFECT. I placed my order on 10/19/16 at about 9 pm and it was delivered 10/22/16 (today) and I am obsessed. I wish I could post a photo here to show you guys how perfect it is! I am 5'6 1/2" (ya the half counts) and around 118 lbs. I ordered the s/m and it fits perfectly. I absolutely LOVE it. I love the halter and the slim fit-- my body is already slim but it makes me look tiny and I'm definitely not complaining about that! So if you have concerns when placing your order, just shoot them a text. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

$#*!ing Horrible

I placed my order a month ago and made sure to purchase the 2 day shipping in hopes that it would actually arrive within 2 days so that I could receive it for my friend's birthday. A week went by and i still hadn't even received the the shipping confirmation email, so I decided to text the customer service number up on their site. The representative told me that an item I had purchased was back-ordered and could take up to 2 weeks to ship out. After that, I started getting daily phone calls from Dollskill. Every time, I'd answer the call and say hello. I could hear people talking in the background, but every single time they called, they hung up after a few seconds without even saying hello back. If I tried to call them back, they never answered. I sent them a text explaining what was happening with the phone calls and as of now, I've had no response for 6 business days. I have no clue when they plan on shipping out my package that I paid a ridiculous amount of money on in order to get free shipping, or if they even plan on shipping it out, but I'm filing a claim with Paypal in order to get my money back. This store's customer service is absolutely horrendous and they need to learn how to get their $#*! together.

I understand there are issues for restocking, I get it. However to just give out store credit is very pathetic. Online stores can only offer so much since there is no possible way to try things on and see how they will be outside of a photo. However, photos can be Altured and misleading. Seeing the items first hand is the only truth and to deny your money back once you seen the item is not for you is pathetic. I would even accept a 20% restocking fee if it means I can fully return the item. Just about everywhere will do returns do to this simple fact. Why is it you cannot? Me thinks I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

I recently saw a photo on Facebook of a new shirt from Dolls Kill that says "No more $#*!boys". I commented and told them that the term $#*!boy was transphobic and gave cited websites which proved that it was a transphobic, homophobic term and that they should be ashamed for selling merchandise that used terminology deeply rooted in prison rape. I saw the notifications I got from the comment were gone and found myself banned from the Dolls Kill website.

I've purchased from them in the past but I refuse to EVER support a company that silences the truth-speakers and continues to sell merchandise with transphobic, homophobic language on it.
