I paid the extra cost to have a product shipped in 2-3 days because I needed the product by a certain time. After 10 days passed with no product received, I tracked the package to my local USPS office and they could not find it. When I told Doll Kill customer service, they made me file the missing item claim before they would consider my refund and once I did that, they told me they will only give me store credit. This was a gift specially requested from my sister in law and I would never buy from this site EVER AGAIN. I still haven't received my refund and I have not heard back from them or received the product.
THE PRODUCT THEMSELVES: I bought a pair of boots which according to their size guide were a US 6/UK 4, they are so tight I can hardly get my feet in them let alone walk. My feet are very small and narrow and so to find shoes this tight is very surprising. After wearing them from my house to my local station (a less than 7 min walk) I had two enormous blisters on each foot and couldn't feel my feet AT ALL. When I finally got to my office and took of the boots my toes had gone blue due to lack of circulation. They are completely un-wearable and I am currently looking into ways of stretching them.
DELIVERY: I didn't want to pay any extra for the delivery and so they were estimated to arrive after 5-9 days. They took over 2 weeks. Not only that, it is not obviously disclaimed on their website but if you live in the UK like me then you have to pay customs fees. Of course i didn't know this - so when i got an email from bit of a dodgy looking site saying i needed to pay for my boots to come through customs I wasn't very sure. When I emailed DollsKill about the legitimacy of the site I didn't get any response the first time. The second time I emailed, I got a automated email message which was completely irrelevant to what i had asked. The third time i got a more relevant response, not great and still a bot.
OVERALL: Absolutely abhorrent customer service and the delivery and returns system I found to be stressful and unpleasant. And after all that I can't even enjoy the thing i went through all of it for... Honestly I'm heartbroken!
Worst costumer service ever! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Showed promo code honored then charged me full price. After contacting them immediately I was told too bad. Im furious.
Ive purchased from dk a couple times and there isnt one time that i had a positive experience. You can tell this place is run by morons. Whats worst, is that i have recently noticed that this company STEALS from other smaller designers and passes it off as their own. Example: nikki lipstick, marialia, bei badgirl, and other independent artists. Do a simple google search and u will learn how shady this company is. Shame on them, if i could give less than 1 star i would.
My stuff came fairly fast, and all in good condition. I recommend shopping with Dollskill, they have a brilliant range of clothing and good sales! Don't believe all the hate, I've never had a bad shopping experience with them, and I'd shop with them again. (Might be a fluke, but honestly I would recommend shopping here.)
Orderd a pair of boots, no shipping fees, waited, got email saying they had been shipped, waited, then got email saying they were being held at customs and an £18.13 fee was needed to realease. Shocking hidden fees, have orderd from abroad many times and never had to pay this before, not happy
Okay to be honest, the low reviews did put me off but I was tempted by a 20% off site-wide deal and decided to rejuvenate my wardrobe. As a UK buyer, I was so worried about custom charges as I did spend a lot approx. £150. However, I was delighted when my order arrived in 6 days with no customs and everything being wrapped up very nicely.
I'm obsessed with Dolls Kill and I can't wait to order again x

Do not, under any circumstances, order from this company. It is by far the worst company, worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Look at all these reviews and don't be tempted. Horrible, unscrupulous and rude.

I added a few items in my bag, and went to pay - however I had not reviewed my order as WAS NOT ready to pay for the items. A message told me I was able to review my order after putting my details through - however I was not given this benefit. The order processed without my review or approval and as a result the WRONG order was put through.
I immediately knew that the wrong sizes were on my order and messaged and texted the customer serve - yet no reply. As I am Australian I stayed up until 2am in the morning so that I could speak to staff over the phone for US opening hours. However, after calling over 10 times there was no answer.
After 4 days I finally got a response, money was withdrawn from my account for the $160 shoes (which were 2 sizes too large). The told me that my item was already shipped and I would have to go through the whole refund process. I was not happy. Not only this, it took 3 weeks to arrive here, and the policy is "30 Day refund policy". I sent the shoes back today, costing me $70 shipping... and now have to wait until they have arrived to get my money back - which actually is only a store credit! But I do not want to waste my money on there items ever again...
Make sure to be extra cautious with this site, as its not helpful if you get scammed and customer service don't do anything to help...
Ridiculous
So angry. I've order off this website several times. Each time the $#*! something up. Firstly I brought a velvet pink jumpsuit which came with cuts on the sleeves and the bottom of the legs( mind you they've snipped themselves with some dodgy scissors) wasn't happy. Tried calling, emailing, sending letters. No reply. Couple months later I re order a cat jumpsuit and paid an additional $32 for 2 day shipping. 9 days later I'm still waiting. Never order of this website nothing but money stealing dogs I hate everyone who works here I hope someone reads this who works there :) pieces of $#*!
Made an order, my credit card was charged, weeks later NO confirmation email NO package! I have sent over 5 emails to customer service and heard nothing back. Very, very angry! I have been shopping with dollskill for a few years and it seems they have totally lost their $#*! when it comes to not stealing customers money!
So I ordered this bag and then looked up the online reviews, my stomach dropped and I Instantly thought my stuff just wasn't going to arrive at all.
I can't speak for the experiences of these other people but I ordered the 'diet culture' bag from the website and it arrived like the picture (it was a tiny bit warped from shipping but Its still beautiful, sturdy, unwrinkled and just looks clean AF) I was expecting it to arrive on a Friday, it came the Wednesday before. The packaging is cool and they put in some effort.
Ultimately it may be a risk, there are a lot of complaints. I just don't have any.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
The customer service reps barely read your emails and will NOT go out of their way to help you. Their policies are awful for customers including they do not provide a return shipping label, they only refund in store credit, and they never pick up their phones.

Among other items that didn't at all fit, I got 2 bodysuits.
One of them was so small that the shoulder straps didn't go higher than my waist. The other was so large in the body that I would have had to take it in several inches... on each side.
I sent back most of the items I bought there, all the while paying for return shipping.
I now have a store credit that I have been trying to use but keep having to send the items back so I'm in an endless cycle of returns and return shipping charges.
They offered me a discount for all of the trouble but refuse to honor the discount on sale items. So... I should buy a full priced item that I'm going to have to send back anyway, just to use my discount?
That just makes no sense at all. The discount for all of the issues I'm having with them should be honored on any item.
Bought an item on Dolls Kill, had to send it back to change size (and pay for shipment myself). After receiving the store credit for my return, suddenly the item that was in "clearance" with a discount before appears back in the regular store items and was more expensive.
In comparison to other websites there wasn't a return label so I already had to spend on the return shipment and then Dolls Kill made me spend even more just to change size of a returned item. Never wanted to spend this amount of money on this item.
The size is still not ok, the item runs very small, but don't want to spend any more effort and money on this thing.
Things made cheaply and then you can't return only store credit. They don't answer their phones. Whatever you do, do not buy from Dolls Kill!

The package has arrived in 5 days here in Italy without any damage.
The box they used is really pretty and so are the clothes I ordered. Everything fits as expected; good material and great style.

I paid for boots + shipping to UK + import taxes to the UK and got to wear them one weekend! I wouldn't mind if they were cheap, but they ended up costing me about £100.
Despite emailing repeatedly, and trying to contact through facebook, so far no reply expect to tell me they don't do refunds on worn items! I don't want to return something i changed my mind on, I just want a pair of boots that won't fall to pieces the first time I get to wear them!

I put on my new lipstick this morning very disappointed the color was not the same as the picture on the Dolls Kill website. I bought the shade Cupid and instead of getting a beautiful pink color it was an ugly orange! Glad i didn't pay full price!

I ordered some things that weren't delivered on time however could not return them as they only issue store credit. Also there is no convenient way to do this from the UK. They also fail to mention on the order page that you will be charged import taxes by your country after receiving the items. You will receive a bill/invoice for this up to 2 weeks after receiving your order. The items also were overpriced considering the quality, they have better quality images on their website compared with their actual products

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
