I love their stuff but you need to be VERY careful. This was my first ever order and I ordered over $100 NZD worth of clothes expecting free shipping only to find out they only provide free shipping on orders over $100 USD (only stated in their shipping terms and conditions). Not only that, I ended up getting charged another additional $10 (than stated in my grand total) because of the additional exchange rate charges. So I basically ended up paying $26 in shipping even though I spent over $100. They don't make this very clear and I specifically spent more expecting to get the free shipping. Make sure you read the terms and conditions as I have been charged way too much. As much as I love their stuff, I'm very disappointed and I won't be ordering for a very long time.

I was trying to order an item and accidentally sent it to an old address that is many hours away. I also accidentally ordered two of the same item. I realized my mistake as soon as I made it, but due to Dolls Kill being on the West Coast I had to wait a few hours to speak to anyone. Once I did, they were able to fix the shipping address as well as modify the quantity of the item I got. I was not expecting them to be able to fix either problem, let alone both, so I am very happy! Additionally, the person who helped me was very friendly and emailed me to follow up about fixing the quantity of the items.

I had ordered two items from the site for a music festival, and due to my mistake in the shipping address the order got sent back to them and there was no way I was getting it before the festival! So in a panic I emailed them about what I could do and they gave me several options, and even when neither of those worked for me they went above and beyond and worked to find a solution! Customer service was awesome and super fast! Would recommend.

They basically took my money and never looked back. My apple pay had my old address attached so I called to have it changed but was told "sorry doll I dont think we can do that just wait for it to be delivered and Im sure it will make its way back to us" REALLY?!? Who is going to return an expensive package?!? My package was delivered to another state a day ago and all Im being told now is "it shows delivered nothing we can do" Im so frustrated I could scream! For how expensive everything is this is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER order from them again! Their refusal to even pretend to want to help is disgraceful.

My first interaction with Dolls Kill was a few years ago, I ordered a super cute pair of shoes. That purchase kickstarted a wonderful relationship with them. Dolls Kill is a beautiful company that has even more beautiful principles. They advocate for self love and individuality, unlike so many other bland companies/boutiques. The website is an absolute staple for everything from shoes, to gym wear, to lingerie. I have nothing but great things to say about them, I hope to visit one of their locations in the years to come, and will continue to advocate highly for them.

I ordered a couple of things from the site, one of which didn't end up fitting me so I sent it back for store credit. The customer service team were so understanding and quick to reply. All of their responses were so helpful! I'm also really happy with the other item I purchased (Sugarpill liquid lipstick), and can't wait to keep shopping with Dolls Kill. Would definitely recommend this website for anyone who loves really unique, good quality fashion.

I found out about Dolls Kill through a comment on instagram. They had the exact outfit from matte brand that I was sad about because it was sold out on the matte brand website & I just wanted the perfect outfit for my birthday. I ordered from dolls kill about 2 days about & I already received my order via fed ex YESTERDAY! I was sooo happy omg! Thank you so much dolls kill for helping me have the perfect outfit for my birthday! I live in the Virgin Islands so I didnt think it would get to me that fast. But it did & im so happy! This site has incredible products, ranging from very pricey, to very affordable. Such cool stuff, I love every item I've purchased, and the one time I sent an item back, their staff handled it like champs. I have reached out to Dolls Kill several times regarding different issues. Each time, the response has been swift, friendly, very helpful, and accurate. I can't get over how great this site is, as well as the customer service support team. Dolls Kill has fantastic products and on-point staff. This customer is *extremely* satisfied, and will be shopping with them 4eva!

I am absolutely OBSESSED with Dolls Kill! The clothes, the culture, the customer service, everything is absolutely above and beyond. When I shipped clothes accidentally to my old address that was saved on my account I immediately panicked since the package was already out to be delivered by the time I noticed. Their customer service was so fast to respond, on days I thought they were out of the office! This SAVED me! They were so prompt to address and fix my issue. They really care about their customers and you can really tell! From all my friends that use the site, they have nothing but positive reviews to say. Their clothes are top quality and offer a wide range of prices, even have name brand designers like Namilia! This is a go-to shopping site for me and I stand by it 100%.
