It even beats other places on artificial flowers, pens, stuffed animals... lots of stuff! Where can you buy stuffed animals --- new ones! -- for the doggie shelters for $1.00 apiece! Love this store. Have even tried the food -- you can get Progresso soup for one half off. Too much to even mention. You just can't go wrong, at least I haven't -- and don't even have to have a receipt to return -- they know their product. I've bought their WONDERFUL Christmas knit hats in bulk and they are multiple times cheaper than even Walmart.
Dollar Tree is good. Not great but it is cheap. All such stores (99 Cents stores are a tad less edgy) are a bit protective of their restrooms. I guess staff prefers to not clean them often, but they aren't as unkempt as their chief competitor's restrooms are.

Don't know what we would do without our local Dollar Tree. Great deals on some name brand items as well as the normal stock that gets us through every single holiday.
This is my favorite go to store for various holidays, i. E. 4th of July, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and birthdays. I always buy the store's Christmas bags, tissue paper, and wrapping paper for gifts. In addition, when I need an inexpensive plate to send goodies to various places, I put them on plates from Dollar Tree. Love their cards 2 for $1.00. It is just a fun store. My grandkids love it when I let them pick out three things! I LOVE IT BECAUSE I can take them shopping more frequently without having to spend so much money. Also, when I want to give little gifts for Sunday School, I shop at Dollar Tree. Great store and still only $1.00. I didn't know how to rate the "quality" as there is a big difference between something that costs $10.00 and something for $1.00. For the stuff I get, the quality and value are good.
It's a great place to pick up cards to brighten someone's day
Their at least honest about a dollar on their items. I've never has a problem with anything I've bought there
Dollar Tree and 99 Cent store all have one thing in common. They sell a lot of useless junk for a buck, make a small fortune and you're stuck with broken useless goods. Just use caution when making purchases. I won't buy aspirin, cough & cold remedies, or any other pharmaceuticals because my families life is worth more than saving that buck.
I don't buy dog food, electronics and most food items because they are not processed in the US and do not have to meet our guidelines. Again, know what your buying, read labels and look at the country.
I do buy fresh produce and some bread. The bread truck is always local. Make sure to check dates on all fresh / freezer foods because many are super close to expire.
Overall I love purchasing all my gift wrap, cards, plastic throw away cheap containers and even soft drinks. I recently purchased Hawaiian punch power to add to bottle water, sugar free, and love the price and ease. Slip some in your vehicle for a quick pit stop, in your purse for on the go and pack for camping.
Need some quick hand out gifts, Dollar Store is one stop for all those needs. Keep in mind the price your saving vs the other party stores and you save $$$ making it worth the trip.
Overall, use common sense and read labels. If you don't know what it is you probably shouldn't buy or use it and you do get what you pay for, is it worth it? Only you can judge.
Why wasn't your assured tussinDM cough syrup taken off the shelfs, when a bottle of it was found tapered by FDA forensic chemistry center analyst by way of two microscopic tears or holes into the protection foil seal that contained particles, fibers and liquid fluorine?
One of the best stores to find nice and CHEAP items, especially when your on a fixed income and you have small kids or grandkids. Alot of little ones love getting toys, and today's kids are really rough on them so why pay out the Ying yang for a toy when you can get them something with a decent price that when it's destroyed your not losing alot of money. Plus I love their picture fames, cups, glasses I mean these stores have alot of things that are really more valuable than the price they charge,. I love going to this store.
This is one of my favorite stores, love all the products
I LOVE dollar stores in general. It lets you know how much you are getting ripped off by other stores. I recently went to a Dollar Tree and got name brand candy, sugar free drink mixes, and other assorted not-made-in-China name brand canned goods. My neighborhood 99 cent store beats any anywhere with its fresh produce, frozen food, fresh name brand breads, flowering plants, spices, USA catfood, etc., but Dollar Tree is still good for what it sells. If you haven't been to one, give it a try.
Never a bad experience and always treated with courtesy
I love stocking up on birthday cards and wrapping bags and cleaning supplies at Dollar Tree.
So many good items, just realize they now have manufacturers building FOR the dollar price tag, not down marked items. I love getting birthday cards and all cards here. What a deal. 2 for $1.
Dollar Tree is visited by me for everything that I need in my apartment, you can think of it they might have it. But did you know that I load my Visa Green Dot card which is a RUSH card for only a dollar. Yes. I think if I were to load it for 100 to more the fee would be two dollars. But this price bests the competition such as Wallgreens and 7-11 by four and five dollars for a load fee. I load my card here all the time.
Everything in the store is a dollar! Who wouldn't. Be happy about that? Even hard cover books! Of coarse only products that are allowing there products price to be downsized is there but its pretty decent products. Kudos!
Answer: It means you have to buy a certain quantity, full stop, and they each cost a dollar plus tax and shipping, or free shipping if they send it to a store.
