I purchased a wig from them. Hair is so dry and tangled. Silicon mix bath does nothing. Lace is really thick. Paid for 180% density, they sent 130% density. Horrible wig.
This is my 1st time ever doing a wig I always had issues with other companies but this company is the best I'm in love with the fake scalp the hair is so soft and not to mention the shipping was excellent DHL even called to make sure somebody was home to receive the package. I will definitely order from this company again
After researching, I finally decided to order their "Transparent Lace 13x6 20" lace front wig 180% density in straight texture".
What I got was a 17" 150% density wig. When I reached out the company they asked for me to send photos; which I did. Then they said flat iron the hair and then measure it. Which I did and I showed that the longest frayed out thin end is 17". They counter responded and said the longest STRAND reaches 20" so it's a 20" wig. I was totally flabbergasted at this rationale. No way is the wig a true to length 20", nor a 180% density. Also while flat ironing the hair. There were sections of the hair that was shortened or cut to about 3". Which I'm sure took away from the density. I asked for a refund which they told me they can give me $20 and they suggest I take it. NOOPE. Give me my whole money back! I have attached some photos and also the photo they sent of what they consider the length measurements to be.
Never again!
