Dola is really a hit or miss...unfortunately! I've order from them before in 2018 the hair was absolutely beautiful and it lasted until 2022 (closure ended up with a huge bald spot that I can probably fix) long story short I needed a wig for my birthday, graduation, and pinning ceremony. I decided to go with Dola since my first purchase went very smooth...well this time shipping took almost a month I contacted them via email and text numerous times and received no response whatsoever. The last email I sent I had to threaten to take legal action. They ended up responding to my email that same day...a few days after they finally shipped my hair and a couple days after that I received the hair...good quality they sent the right length and density it didn't have a smell, no shedding, and easy to comb thru. I did order a wig from a different company that I've purchased from before just in case mainly as a back up...with all that being said I've heard good things and bad things about this company that's why I recommend that you order from them at your own risk. Fortunately everything worked out in my favor but I will NEVER order from them again

The absolute WORST! Anyone saying otherwise was given free product. First of all, false advertising. They have pictures they took from some other vendor and didn't have the decency to show 4x4 lace. Instead they show 13 x 6 and 13 x 4. They charge the same though...300 400 dollars. Then, it comes with a smell but I wash my units before using so fine. Well, one wash...soft wash and see pictures. They are crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! By the time I've worn it one week, all the hair is sure to fall out! CROOKS... I plan on reporting them to the bureau.

This is my go to company when buying hair. This is my 3rd purchase and very beginner friendly. Get the wig you will not regret it.

I've order 2 wigs from this company and they were both for great for everyday wear. The construction on both wigs were great with wig clips (inside u part wig) or wig combs (inside glueless 5x5 closure. Minimal shedding and decent in density

Soft long great but after sometime every day when you wake up it soft good onmaintenance once you take care of it how you're supposed to but overall I will recommend this to anybody who wants to try out some long 38 inch hair

Out of all the companies I have purchased wigs from, Dola Hair is the only one that gives you the hair you see on the site. The quality of hair is unlike any other at the same price range. A lot of companies say 100% human hair but actually you're getting a human hair blend and you'll notice that when it's time to add to put heat to the unit. I found that the hair that I buy from Dola hair is actually 100% human hair very little tangling and easy to manage. Reaching out to customer service is easy and fast. Shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks depending on the unit and size being ordered. I have a large head and they offer true large sizes. Though not a lot of options in large sizes but you will still get a style you like. They are DEFINITELY my go to company.

Please do not order from Dola #dolahair‼‼‼I am a wig lover, I have never had a company so unprofessional and unwilling to compensate for a mistake they made. I ordered a 12inch bob but was sent a 10inch after waiting for it to get here to only find out it the wrong length. Reached out through the whats app so I could communicate about this matter so long story short I was given 2 options
1. Return plus pay for shipping to return for full refund.
2. Exchange plus pay for shipping to exchange the hair then wait two weeks for it go through then I'm sure another two to four weeks before you get the right hair

Mind you this is there fault (see pic for them stating it's their fault) my messages is green their message is white. They always think we are trying to scam them when they are the ones scamming.

My biggest issue is that they are not taking full responsibility for their mistake. I'm stuck with this hair because I refuse to pay money to ship a wig back that was made due to their error.

Buy at your own risk.‼ When we people be writing those review and backing it up with facts/receipts believe them. This is a faulty company that I'll never do business with again.

Oh and let me be clear! I wanted nothing free or was trying to get over on them, I just wanted the wig that I paid for without having to spend anymore money. I stated to them to send me a return label but they kept telling me "they do not have return label" ( see attached) wether they reimburse the shipping fee or not I shouldn't have to pay to ship it PERIOD this was their mistake.

I've ordered here several times and verything was good. My friend also ordered here and she was also satisfied.

Ordered hair for dropshipping was sent horrible quality hair I ordered a 30 inch 130 density yes I know thin right but it was literally see through it was very thick on top hair was wet when I received smelled like chemicals and was over processed like it had NAIR ON IT YES LITERALLY LIKE NAIR do not trust this company they are hit and miss and very unprofessional and unorganized for wholesale they denied me a refund since the wig was used but the quality was not obvious until it was installed y'all know how it is with these wigs lace was thick orange and would not melt I also order professional pictures back in March for my website still have not received I ordered packaging labels and tags 1000 of them and had half sent to another vendor now that I don't want to work with them due to poor hair quality they refuse to send me my packaging that I already payed for which was 500 the pictures are still not finished or refunded which was 200 and the wig was not refunded which was 420 this has been a terrible experience I have been fighting with my bank for months because of how long ago the purchases were made even though I have been contacting them till this day trying to get things straightened it I'm pretty sure this was a bad wig and maybe the hair isn't terrible but because I was working with them as a business partner this is a really bad look I also have attached photos for reference you can see there lace compared to another company

I purchased a closure wig and a hd frontal wig I have no complaints about the closure wig except that the small was still pretty big on my head. Now the frontal is terrible, it's the same size as the closure just with edges. There's no parting space on the sides just in the middle where there is a bald spot. Its really just a 5x5 closure with 1in sides you can't even do baby hairs because the construction of the wig will show. Stick with headband wigs and closure wigs.

I ordered 613# Blonde hair 3Bundles straight human hair and the hair came soft and good quality! They respond fast to emails and have good customer service and I like the box it came in

I brought a 360 lace frontal with Dolahair, this hair started to tangle and shed after two weeks! And it wasn't even a frontal, just a waste of money! I will never buy from them again!

Good quality hair seems like it will last for a very long time the only issue is it took longer than i thought to receive it the wig is perfect

I saw that Dola Hair had good reviews so I decided to try them. I later found out the reviews are only good because they PAY customers to write positive reviews. This will not be a positive review about my experience.

I ordered two wigs that were supposed to be the same color - P4/27. This is the color I get for all my wigs. One wig was supposed to be curly while the other was supposed to be wavy. I received both wigs at the same time and I must say that delivery was quite fast. I received my order within a week and a half. I took the first wig out the box which was the curly wig. I was quite please with the look, color, and feel. I put it down and picked up the second wig in the box. Right away, I was confused. The color immediately jumped out. I'd say it is more of an orangish- red color with hints of brown, but what it isn't is P4/27. The waves weren't quite what I was used to, but that wasn't going to be a problem. If the hair were the right color, I'd just wash it like usual, and style it with my curling iron or rollers to get the desired look.

I sent an email the next morning to dolahair with pictures. I told them I'd received the wrong hair color. I knew because I always order P4/27 for my wigs plus the other wig I ordered from them at the same time was the right color. I needed to return the wig (I hadn't washed, cut, or tried the wig on) for a full refund so I can purchase a natural colored wig and just dye the wig myself. This was their response.

" This is Dola Hair Customer Service, we are so sorry that our products do not satisfy you. But the wig looks fine, it is P4 27 wig, you can check it on our website. Due to the difference between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item. But it is indeed P4 27 color, please don't worry"

As you can see from the three pictures, the first two pictures are the wavy wig I received. The last picture is the photo on Dolahair's website. That is not the same color. It is orangish-red.

I Order my wig it was the honey blonde wig t-part yes it took a week and my curls wasn't all the way curled like the photo but yes my stylist can fix. This wig is so soft and and no shedding. I will be ordering again. Thx!

Purchased Brazilian body wave 18in lace front wig. It came within a reasonable time frame and I love it! Its FULL and the transparent lace is incredible, you don't see it at all. This is the 2nd wig I've gotten from Dola and definitely will again.

I ordered this wig right before my birthday and I DM their page to ensure that it will be here in time and they made sure that my hair came before my birthday. Customer service is AMAZING! Hair is Amazing. Everything about this company is AMAZING. I would definitely recommend!

I'm in love with my deep wave headband wig it's so perfect definitely will be adding more to my collection. Dolar hair is the bomb
