I love my new racquet
Everything was Fine
I was very pleased with the racquet and that you upgraded me to a new racquet when you apparently didn't have the exact used racquet in stock.
Tennis frame was just perfect. I also ordered hybrid string job (Luxilon ALUbPower Rough 16 for mains and Wilson NXT Tour/Power 18 for crosses. When received the racquet I noticed two things: 1) Cross strings installed were 17g, not 18g; 2) for this racquet, one corner requires both strings to share 2 grommet holes, and there is room as the grommets are designed to fit two strings to lie flat next to each other in the grommet crevice. What I got was the cross string lying on top and over the main string, meaning this cross is rising above the grommet crevice which will result in premature wear and breakage (from low slice shots hitting the court).
Charged for 2 day shipping when wanted standard shipping. Issue with computer ordering product was excellent
